Each year IntoUniversity recruits around 70 graduates onto our highly acclaimed Graduate Scheme.

We are looking for people who will thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding role helping to change the lives of young people by taking up permanent roles as Education Workers on IntoUniversity’s Graduate Scheme.

What is the IntoUniversity Graduate Scheme?

Since IntoUniversity was founded in 2002, we have been driven by the belief that it is possible to change society for the better. And that belief has taken us a long way.

IntoUniversity has grown into the UK’s leading university access organisation and our staff, working in close-knit teams, are transforming the futures of thousands of young people each year.

Joining the scheme means that your day will never be dull. Based in one of our existing or new local learning centres, you’ll deliver our education programmes to young people living in the UK’s most disadvantaged neighbourhoods, where you’ll support them to gain their chosen aspiration, including further and higher education, employment and work-based training.

Viknesh joined IntoUniversity as an Education Worker in January 2020. Now he is a Centre Leader in East London.

Hannah Padfield

Head of People and Culture

Hannah Padfield joined us in January 2022 as the Head of People and Culture. Hannah has an English degree from the University of Warwick and Masters degrees from King's College London and the University of Sheffield. Hannah is a Chartered Member of CIPD and has over 10 years of experience working within HR. Hannah was previously Head of HR-Corporate Centre at Royal Mail Group.

Laura Morley

Senior HR Manager

Laura Morley joined the charity in September 2008 and has a degree in Communication and Media Studies from Loughborough University.

Leah Boyne

Senior Talent and Learning Manager

Leah Boyne joined us in January 2018. Leah has a degree in Politics from the University of Sheffield. She previously worked as an English Language Teacher in China, and was our Centre Leader at IntoUniversity Hammersmith.

Ceri Holloway

HR Administrator

Ceri Holloway joined us in October 2023. Ceri has an undergrad degree in English from the University of Oxford and MLitt in Postcolonial and World Literatures from the University of St Andrews. Previously, she worked with the Equality and Diversity team at St Andrews, and taught English in Malaysia.

Hannah Lay

HR and Recruitment Administrator

Hannah Lay joined us in January 2024. Hannah has a degree in Political Science from the University of Birmingham and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from Canterbury Christchurch University. Previously, she worked as a Geography teacher in a Secondary school in Clacton-on-Sea and volunteered as a HR and Communications Manager at a small education charity.
