IntoUniversity Brighton

IntoUniversity Brighton opened in Moulsecoomb in October 2014. The centre was opened in partnership with the University of Sussex and The Queen's Trust.

Laura Simpson

Laura Simpson is Team Leader at our Brighton centre. Laura has a degree in History from The University of York and has worked previously as a Project Leader on a variety of educational programmes.

Alice Bennett

Alice Bennett joined us in August 2016. Alice has a degree in French and German studies from Warwick University. She previously worked as an English Teacher in Germany and France.

Charlotte Johnston

Charlotte Johnston joined us in January 2017. Charlotte has a degree in Childhood, Culture and Education Studies and previously worked as a fundraiser with UNICEF.

Rich Bosson

Rich Bosson joined us in August 2017. Rich has a degree in Coaching from Southampton Solent with a Masters in Sports and Exercise Psychology. Previously he worked as a cricket coach with both Hampshire Cricket Board and the charity Chance to Shine.

Monday 

Secondary Academic Support

4:00pm - 5.30pm 

Support from graduate staff and university-educated volunteers on schoolwork and exam revision.     
 


Tuesday and Wednesday 

Primary Academic Support 

3:30pm - 5:00pm 

Support from graduate staff and university-educated volunteers on schoolwork and a target approach to improving literacy and numeracy.  
 


Thursday   

Secondary Academic Support

4:00pm - 5.30pm 

Support from graduate staff and university-educated volunteers on schoolwork and exam revision.
