Corporate partners

Together, IntoUniversity and our corporate partners can transform the future careers of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.

IntoUniversity works with a range of corporate partners who provide crucial financial, volunteering and strategic support, enabling thousands of young people to achieve their ambitions.

We have a model that works, but only if we collaborate effectively with brilliant people and organisations who share our mission. Long-term corporate partnerships represent a unique opportunity to, together, grow our impact and inspire more young people.

IntoUniversity has a wealth of experience developing bespoke corporate partnerships that are tailored to suit the needs of our young people, your company and it’s employees. Through a partnership between yourselves and IntoUniversity we can achieve both your firm’s goals and our mission to realise educational equality.

Having worked with IntoUniversity for a number of years I can honestly say they have been an incredible charity partner for Deloitte Leeds and our 5 Million Futures programme. All IntoUniversity staff members have been a pleasure to work with and the charity have engaged with us at the most senior levels to ensure our partnership is as beneficial as possible for both parties. I would not hesitate to recommend working with IntoUniversity, they have been a great charity partner and their work is incredibly inspiring.

There are multiple ways for corporate partners to support IntoUniversity. The most impactful corporate-charity partnerships are multi-faceted and involve several layers of engagement.

Funding

IntoUniversity needs crucial financial support to provide our vital programmes of academic and pastoral support across the UK, allowing young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to achieve their full potential.

Diversity, Equality & Inclusion

Diversity at a firm breeds creativity, innovation and economic growth, and is essential in modern society. This includes diversity of socioeconomic background.

We can work with you to increase the diversity of your talent pipeline by together supporting our students into careers at your firm. This will increase our students’ future success and at the same time improve  diversity in your workplace.

The various ways in which we could work together in this space include your firm hosting internships for our students, for example through our Big City Bright Future programme, running insight events, or supporting our students into careers at your firm.

Volunteering

Corporate volunteers are integral to the IntoUniversity programme, providing crucial support and positive role models for our students, as well as invaluable experiences and opportunities. A variety of engagement opportunities are available for employees, which can fit around different work schedules and can take place at a number of convenient locations, including online.
