Our second Leeds centre opened in autumn 2015 in partnership with the University of Leeds and The Queen's Trust.

Ellen Griffiths - Centre Leader

Ellen Griffiths has a degree in Social Policy and Sociology from the University of Bristol. She was previously an Academic Support volunteer and a Mentor at our Bristol South centre.

Joe Gettings

Joe Gettings joined us in January 2020 and has a Geography degree from the University of Leeds. Joe previously volunteered at Education Outreach at Leeds.

Leah Patel

Leah Patel joined us in March 2020. Leah has a degree and masters in Philosophy from the University of Sheffield. During her MA, she also took up a research post and created a third year module on Gender, Sexuality and Religion in non-western cultural contexts which is currently being taught.

Meisha Green

Meisha Green joined us in August 2021. Meisha has a French & International Relations degree from the University of Westminister. Before joining IntoUniversity, Meisha was a General Adviser at Notts & Nottingham Refugee Forum.

Monday 

Secondary Academic Support

4:00pm - 5.30pm 

Support from graduate staff and university-educated volunteers on schoolwork and exam revision.     
 


Tuesday and Wednesday 

Primary Academic Support 

3:30pm - 5:00pm 

Support from graduate staff and university-educated volunteers on schoolwork and a target approach to improving literacy and numeracy.  
 


Thursday   

Secondary Academic Support

4:00pm - 5.30pm 

Support from graduate staff and university-educated volunteers on schoolwork and exam revision.
