IntoUniversity North Islington

IntoUniversity North Islington opened in autumn 2016. It's our 12th London centre and is based at the Arts and Media School Islington.

Rachel Cutress - Centre Leader

Rachel​ ​Cutress​ ​joined us in January 2018. Rachel has a degree in Modern History from the University of East Anglia. She previously worked as a Marketing Manager and also volunteered as a Programme Development Intern at Into​University.

Robyn O'Halloran

Robyn O'Halloran joined us in August 2018. Robyn has a degree in History from the University of Birmingham. She was a volunteer at IntoUniversity Hackney South and has previously worked as a Support Assistant at CORE Projects. 

Savannah Essoh

Savannah Essoh joined us in January 2019. Savannah has a degree in History from Nottingham Trent University. She has worked as Pupil Achievement Coach and has volunteered with IntoUniversity.

Liam Johnston

Liam Johnston has a degree in Modern Languages and a Masters in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford. He has previously worked as a Tutor for Lucullus Educational Consultants.

Josie Allison

Josie Allison is our Boarding School Bursary Manager. Josie joined us in January 2017. She has a degree in Anthropology from Goldsmiths University. She previously volunteered for IntoUniversity at our East Ham centre and also worked for Safer London.

Monday 

Secondary Academic Support  

4pm - 5:30pm 

Support from graduate staff and university-educated volunteers on schoolwork and exam revision.     


Tuesday and Wednesday 

Primary Academic Support  

3.30pm - 5pm 

Support from graduate staff and university-educated volunteers on schoolwork and a target approach to improving literacy and numeracy.  


Thursday   

Secondary Academic Support  

4pm - 5:30pm 

Support from graduate staff and university-educated volunteers on schoolwork and exam revision.    


Year 11-13 can phone or email to book an appointment for advice on UCAS applications, interview techniques, and gap year choices.
