Claire Georgiou - Centre Leader

Claire Georgiou has a degree in French and Politics from the University of Nottingham and a PGCE in Modern Foreign Languages from the University of Nottingham. She has previously taught French and German in a Secondary school.

Fiona Lakin

Fiona Lakin holds a Psychology degree from Manchester Metropolitan. She previously worked as a Specialist Support Worker, a Swimming Teacher and
Classroom Assistant.

Josephine Scott

Josephine Scott joined us in August 2019 and works on our DANCOP project. She has a degree in History with Politics from the University of Liverpool and previously worked as a Lead Mentor for Catch 22 - National Citizen Service.

Megan Boyce

Megan Boyce​ joined us in August 2017. Megan has a degree in Education from the University of Birmingham. Previously she worked in Uganda for the Japanese NGO Ashinaga which provides support for orphaned children.

Monday 

Secondary Academic Support  

4pm - 5.30pm 

Support from graduate staff and university-educated volunteers on schoolwork and exam revision.     


Tuesday and Wednesday 

Primary Academic Support  

3.30pm - 5pm 

Support from graduate staff and university-educated volunteers on schoolwork and a target approach to improving literacy and numeracy.  


Thursday   

Secondary Academic Support  

4pm - 5.30pm 

Support from graduate staff and university-educated volunteers on schoolwork and exam revision.
