Harlem’s story

Harlem grew up in Kennington in London with her Nan. She had to grow up quite quickly as it wasn’t the easiest of upbringings.

“I come from a background that would be considered disadvantaged but I never let that define me. I guess in my head I didn’t have any limitations despite there being quite a few obstacles.”

“When I first started at IntoUniversity I was eight years old. I never missed an Academic Support session. I was always the first to answer a question and the last to leave. IntoUniversity has helped me at every stage, from Primary to now Secondary school and A-levels.”
