Amrit Kalsi joined us in January 2026. They hold a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Education from Birmingham City University and a PGCE Primary (QTS), with a specialism in SEND learning. They have completed a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management. They previously worked as a primary teacher for eight years, later becoming a union representative supporting staff wellbeing and engagement, before moving into an administrative role. They also volunteer with a charity in Southall focused on the development and growth of young people.
