Ella Spilling joined us in March 2026. Ella has a BA in English Literature and Language from the University of Oxford. She has previous experience working with young people aged 14–18 in widening participation with the charity Universify Education, supporting students to realise their potential through university residentials, one-to-one sessions, and group coaching, with a strong focus on pastoral support and safeguarding.
