Fundraising Officer

Location: IntoUniversity Head Office, 95 Sirdar Road, London, W11 4EQ
Salary: £21,600 (incl. a £600 London contribution) 
Start date: 1 August 2017 or earlier

In the past 5 years we have raised £25m in funds and our turnover this academic year is £5.4m. This is an opportunity for you to join a dynamic fundraising team in a growing charity.

As a Fundraising Officer you will be part of a team of ten with an impressive track record of raising funds from trusts, foundations, corporates and individual donors, as well as securing funding from universities. The team's success has recently been recognised with an international award for excellence from CASE for a campaign run in partnership with the University of Leeds.

We are looking for either an ambitious recent graduate keen to launch a career in the charity sector, or someone with more experience interested in moving into a new role. In either case, you will need to have excellent writing skills and attention to detail in order to produce high quality bids. You will also be someone who can come up with creative but practical ways of finding and maximising funding opportunities.

Cluster Manager

Location: One of our North and West London centres (Brent, Hammersmith, Haringey, North Kensington). To be decided on appointment.
Salary: £29,600-£32,600, dependent on qualifications and experience (incl. a £600 London contribution) 
Start date: 7 August 2017

We are looking for a high-calibre candidate to act as our North and West London Cluster Manager and Centre Leader in one of our North and West London centres.

In your role as Centre Leader you will have responsibility for running your IntoUniversity centre including planning and delivering the programme, liaising with external stakeholders and meeting IntoUniversity's targets for delivery. In your role as Cluster Manager you will also be responsible for line-managing the North and West London Cluster Team/Centre Leaders and ensuring that the Cluster maintains its quality and meets its targets. However a substantial element of this role is delivering on the ground our education programme to children and young people aged 7-18. You will need to have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for working with young people and be up for leading a class of 30 secondary school students from the front, working with small teams of children and providing occasional one-to-one support. This is not a desk job!

Team Leader

Salary: £26,000 (plus a £600 London contribution if based in a London centre) 
Start date: 7 August 2017
