HR Advisor

Salary: £26,000-£32,500 dependent on experience (incl. a £600 London contribution) 
Start date: September 2017 (date to be agreed upon appointment)

Our employees are at the heart of the high-quality service that we provide to our students. You will have responsibility for the coordination of all HR aspects of the employee lifecycle. We run a successful Graduate Scheme with two intakes a year and you will be responsible for running our online application process, from writing the job description through to organising and participating in our assessment centre style selection days.

Your support for our staff will continue throughout their employment. You will be responsible for maintaining our cloud-based HR software as well as overseeing our appraisal process, probationary reviews, staff departures and dealing with employee relations issues. You will also be the main point of contact for our HR policies and procedures, ensuring that line-managers fully understand these and are able to implement them effectively.

We are looking for someone who is ambitious to progress within IntoUniversity and we are happy to offer financial support to the successful candidate to complete their CIPD Advanced Level Diploma.

Team Leader

Location: Bristol or Nottingham
Salary: £26,000 
Start date: 7 August 2017

We are looking for high-calibre candidates to act as Team Leaders in our Bristol and Nottingham teams. You will have responsibility for running your IntoUniversity centre including planning and delivering the programme, liaising with external stakeholders and meeting IntoUniversity's targets for delivery. However a substantial element of this role is delivering on the ground our education programme to children and young people aged 7-18. You will need to have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for working with young people and be up for leading a class of 30 secondary school students from the front, working with small teams of children and providing occasional one-to-one support. This is not a desk job!
