Delivery Roles

Graduate Scheme

We are looking for people who will thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding role helping to change the lives of young people by taking up permanent roles as Education Workers on IntoUniversity’s Graduate Scheme. We have positions available in Bridlington.

Location: Bridlington
Contract: Full-time, permanent

Programme Support Tutor

Programme Support Tutors support the delivery of the IntoUniversity progrmmes to children and young people in different settings including schools-based workshops, Academic Support sessions and education visits. We are currently looking for a Programme Support Tutor in Coventry to start in the new academic year.

Location: Coventry
Contract: Part-time, permanent

Central Operations Roles

Interim Head of Programme Delivery and Operations (North of England and East Midlands)

We are looking for a high-calibre candidate to take on the fixed-term role of Head of Programme Delivery and Operations (North of England and East Midlands) for our centres in North West England, Nottingham and Peterborough, West Yorkshire and East Yorkshire and the Humber.

Location: One of the IntoUniversity centres in the region (Manchester, Salford, Liverpool, Kirkby, Nottingham, Leeds, Bradford, Hull, Grimsby, Bridlington, Middlesbrough). There will be frequent travel to the other centres across the North of England and East Midlands
Contract: Full-time, fixed-term until May 2025

Hannah Padfield

Head of People and Culture

Hannah Padfield joined us in January 2022 as the Head of People and Culture. Hannah has an English degree from the University of Warwick and Masters degrees from King's College London and the University of Sheffield. Hannah is a Chartered Member of CIPD and has over 10 years of experience working within HR. Hannah was previously Head of HR-Corporate Centre at Royal Mail Group.

Leah Boyne

Senior Talent and Learning Manager

Leah Boyne joined us in January 2018. Leah has a degree in Politics from the University of Sheffield. She previously worked as an English Language Teacher in China, and was our Centre Leader at IntoUniversity Hammersmith.

Laura Morley

Senior HR Manager

Laura Morley joined the charity in September 2008 and has a degree in Communication and Media Studies from Loughborough University.

Ceri Holloway

HR Administrator

Ceri Holloway joined us in October 2023. Ceri has an undergrad degree in English from the University of Oxford and MLitt in Postcolonial and World Literatures from the University of St Andrews. Previously, she worked with the Equality and Diversity team at St Andrews, and taught English in Malaysia.

Hannah Lay

HR and Recruitment Administrator

Hannah Lay joined us in January 2024. Hannah has a degree in Political Science from the University of Birmingham and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from Canterbury Christchurch University. Previously, she worked as a Geography teacher in a Secondary school in Clacton-on-Sea and volunteered as a HR and Communications Manager at a small education charity.
