We are looking for graduates who will enjoy working each day with young people and who will thrive in a frontline, community-based, fast-paced and rewarding role. You will be taking up a permanent role as an Education Worker on IntoUniversity’s Graduate Scheme, helping to change the lives of young people.

Locations: We have positions available in Bradford, Nottingham and London.
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Start date: Late January/early February 2026 – you must be eligible and available to start at this time.

Education Worker (FTC – Oxford)

We are looking for someone who will enjoy working each day with young people and who will thrive in a frontline, community-based, fast-paced and rewarding role. You will be taking up a fixed-term contract as an Education Worker at our centre in Oxford.

Contract: Full-time, fixed-term until April 2027

Centre Leader (Grimsby)

You will be taking up a permanent role as Centre Leader at our IntoUniversity centre in Grimsby. You will have responsibility for running your IntoUniversity centre, including managing your team, planning and delivering the programme, liaising with external stakeholders and meeting IntoUniversity’s targets for delivery.

Margaret Spiers

Head of People and Culture

Margaret Spiers joined us in December 2024 as our Head of People and Culture. Margaret has a degree in Theology from the University of Southampton and a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of East London. Margaret has over 25 years experience of working in human resources and development roles across a number of charities, and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Leah Boyne

Senior Talent and Learning Manager

Leah Boyne joined us in January 2018. Leah has a degree in Politics from the University of Sheffield. She previously worked as an English Language Teacher in China, and was our Centre Leader at IntoUniversity Hammersmith.

Laura Morley

Senior HR Manager

Laura Morley joined the charity in September 2008 and has a degree in Communication and Media Studies from Loughborough University.

Ceri Holloway

Senior HR Administrator

Ceri Holloway joined us in October 2023. Ceri has an undergrad degree in English from the University of Oxford and MLitt in Postcolonial and World Literatures from the University of St Andrews. Previously, she worked with the Equality and Diversity team at St Andrews, and taught English in Malaysia.

Hannah Lay

Senior HR and Recruitment Officer

Hannah Lay joined us in January 2024. Hannah has a degree in Political Science from the University of Birmingham and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from Canterbury Christchurch University. Previously, she worked as a Geography teacher in a Secondary school in Clacton-on-Sea and volunteered as a HR and Communications Manager at a small education charity.
