Education Worker Graduate Scheme (Middlesbrough)

We are looking for graduates who will enjoy working each day with young people and who will thrive in a frontline, community-based, fast-paced and rewarding role. You will be taking up a permanent role as an Education Worker on IntoUniversity’s Graduate Scheme, helping to change the lives of young people.

Contract: Full-time, permanent
Location: IntoUniversity Middlesbrough
Start Date: 13th January 2025

Part-time Education Worker (Bradford)

We are looking for someone who will enjoy working each day with young people and who will thrive in a frontline, community-based, fast-paced and rewarding role. You will be taking up a permanent, part-time role as an Education Worker at our centre in Bradford, helping to change the lives of young people.

Contract: Part-time, permanent
Location: IntoUniversity Bradford
Start Date: As soon as possible, to be agreed directly with the successful candidate

Temporary Education Worker (Liverpool)

We are looking for someone who will enjoy working each day with young people and who will thrive in a frontline, community-based, fast-paced and rewarding role. You will be taking up a fixed-term contract as an Education Worker at our centre in Liverpool.  

Contract: Full-time, fixed-term until April 2025
Location: IntoUniversity North Liverpool
Start Date: As soon as possible, to be agreed directly with the successful candidate

Hannah Padfield

Head of People and Culture

Hannah Padfield joined us in January 2022 as the Head of People and Culture. Hannah has an English degree from the University of Warwick and Masters degrees from King's College London and the University of Sheffield. Hannah is a Chartered Member of CIPD and has over 10 years of experience working within HR. Hannah was previously Head of HR-Corporate Centre at Royal Mail Group.

Leah Boyne

Senior Talent and Learning Manager

Leah​ ​Boyne​ ​joined us in January 2018. Leah has a degree in Politics from the University of Sheffield. She previously worked as an English Language Teacher in China, and was our Centre Leader at IntoUniversity Hammersmith.

Senior HR Manager

Laura Morley joined the charity in September 2008 and has a degree in Communication and Media Studies from Loughborough University.

Ceri Holloway

HR Administrator

Ceri Holloway joined us in October 2023. Ceri has an undergrad degree in English from the University of Oxford and MLitt in Postcolonial and World Literatures from the University of St Andrews. Previously, she worked with the Equality and Diversity team at St Andrews, and taught English in Malaysia.

Hannah Lay

HR and Recruitment Administrator

Hannah Lay joined us in January 2024. Hannah has a degree in Political Science from the University of Birmingham and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from Canterbury Christchurch University. Previously, she worked as a Geography teacher in a Secondary school in Clacton-on-Sea and volunteered as a HR and Communications Manager at a small education charity.
