We are looking for enthusiastic professionals to participate in dynamic and interactive workshops that will give secondary students an insight into the world of work, whilst also offering them new transferable skills to increase their employability.
As a Careers in FOCUS volunteer you will:
- Plan and deliver a 60 minute interactive session about your work. The format of the session you run can range from a simple presentation to a skills-based workshop.
- Be in contact with a member of the IntoUniversity team who will support you in planning, development and delivery of your session.
- Answer questions from students about your profession.
Sessions run on weekdays during the afternoon. Once you have applied, a member of IntoUniversity staff team will be in contact with you to discuss the date and location of your session.
If you would like to volunteer on the Careers in FOCUS programme please apply here.
