Rosie Beaumont
Education Worker
Rosie Beaumont joined us in August 2024. Rosie has a degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Nottingham and previously volunteered as a mentor at our Nottingham Central centre.
Rosie Culpin
Senior Education Worker, Cross-Centre Coordinator
Rosie Culpin joined us in May 2023. Rosie has a degree in Philosophy and a Masters in Law from Cardiff University. Previously Rosie was a Paralegal in the Court of Protection.
Rosie Doyle
Boarding Schools Bursary Manager
Rosie Doyle joined us in August 2020. Rosie studied English and French at the University of Southampton and has experience working in various roles within SEN teams, including working as a Learning Support Assistant, an Academic SEN Tutor and an SEN team leader.
Rosie Dunford Wood
Senior Education Worker
Rosie Dunford Wood joined us in March 2023. Rosie studied History of Art at the University of Edinburgh and previously worked as a Nanny and Tutor.
Rosie Ferguson
Chief Programmes Officer
Rosie Ferguson joined us in June 2024 and is our Chief Programmes Officer (maternity cover). Rosie started her career working with young people. She has a wealth of experience in senior roles at London Youth, Youth Business International, Gingerbread and House of St Barnabas. She is Chair of ACEVO. Rosie has a degree in Media & Communications from Goldsmiths College and a Masters in Voluntary Sector Management from Bayes Business School.
Rosy Smith
Head of Programme Delivery and Operations
Rosy Smith is our Head of Programme Delivery and Operations (South of England and the West Midlands) and is currently on maternity leave. Rosy joined us in August 2012 and was previously our Centre Leader at East Ham, our BlackRock Partnership Manager and our East London and Clacton Cluster Manager.
Safiyyah Boxall
Education Worker
Safiyyah Boxall joined us in July 2024. Paris has an undergraduate degree in Social Science from the University of of Brighton. They have previously worked as an English tutor and Mentor.
Sam Johnson
Regional Operations Manager (South West)
Sam Johnson joined us in October 2023. Sam has a degree in Maths from the University of Exeter. Previously, he worked at The Access Project as a University Access Officer and in their events team, as an English language assistant in Germany, and supported student societies at Exeter and UWE students' unions.
Samuel Patterson
Education Worker
Samuel Patterson joined us in November 2024. Samuel has Undergraduate and Postgraduate degrees in History from Oxford Brookes University. Previously, he was Deputy Head of Care at a special educational needs school in Oxford.
Sara Fialkiewicz
Education Worker
Sara Fialkiewicz joined us in August 2024. Sara has a degree in Psychology from the University of Sussex. Previously, she worked as a Special Education Needs and Disabilities Teaching Assistant in a Primary school and as a Programme Support Tutor at our Brighton centre.
Sarah Dolan
Education Worker
Sarah Dolan joined us in July 2024. Sarah has a degree in English Literature from the University of Liverpool and did a semester abroad at Seoul National University as a part of a global opportunities scheme, later becoming an ambassador for the scheme. Previously, she worked at St Teresa's Catholic Primary School as a Teaching Assistant, and volunteered as a mentor at our North Liverpool centre.
Sarah Havens
Trustee
Sarah Havens works directly with the students in our Academic Support programme and is a member of the Diversity & Inclusion and the Development Committees of the Board. She is active with other charities, serving as Treasurer of the family foundation Lef-Pillon Trust and as a member of the Friends Committee of the international conservation organisation Whitley Fund for Nature.
