Our people

Rose Farley joined us in August 2022. Rose has a degree in Psychology from the University of Nottingham. Previously, she worked as a Care Assistant as well as volunteering at a local Primary school.

Rosie Alexander joined us in November 2024. Rosie has a Psychology degree, with a specialism in Clinical Health, from the University of Glasgow. She was previously a mentor at our Govan site and also has volunteering experience at social enterprise Creatovators CIC.

Rosie Beaumont joined us in August 2024. Rosie has a degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Nottingham and previously volunteered as a mentor at our Nottingham Central centre.

Rosie Doyle joined us in August 2020. Rosie studied English and French at the University of Southampton and has experience working in various roles within SEN teams, including working as a Learning Support Assistant, an Academic SEN Tutor and an SEN team leader.

Rosie Dunford Wood joined us in March 2023. Rosie studied History of Art at the University of Edinburgh and previously worked as a Nanny and Tutor.

Rosy Smith joined us in August 2012 and was previously our Centre Leader at East Ham, our BlackRock Partnership Manager and our East London and Clacton Cluster Manager.

Ruby Grant joined us in May 2026. Ruby has a degree in Physics with Philosophy from the University of York. Ruby has previous experience working with young people, leading workshops for primary school students as an outreach ambassador at the University of York and has experience working as a teaching assistant.

Ruby Sturgess joined us in November 2025. Ruby has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Nottingham Trent University. Prior to joining IntoUniversity, she worked at the University of Leicester within the accommodation team, where she served as a Wellbeing and Conduct Manager.

Safiyyah Boxall joined us in July 2024. Safiyyah has an undergraduate degree in Social Science from the University of of Brighton. They have previously worked as an English tutor and Mentor.

Sali Moi Eldin joined us in March 2026. Sali has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Development Studies from the University of Waterloo and a Master’s degree in Social Justice and Equity Studies from Brock University. She has previously worked as a Learning Skills Specialist in Access and Inclusion and as an Academic Support Tutor.

Sam Johnson joined us in October 2023. Sam has a degree in Maths from the University of Exeter. Previously, he worked at The Access Project as a University Access Officer and in their events team, as an English language assistant in Germany, and supported student societies at Exeter and UWE students' unions.

Sam McCormick joined us in September 2026. Sam studied Primary English Education with Religious Studies at Edge Hill University, graduating with a BA Hons. After training as a Primary School Teacher, Sam worked in secondary education as a Teaching Assistant and Assistant Progress Leader before moving into Chaplaincy, where Sam worked for five years. Sam is also a trustee for VIDES UK, where they are responsible for Youth Experience and lead Youth Leadership programmes supporting children and young people.
