Shannon Atherton
Lead Senior Education Worker
Shannon Atherton joined us in August 2020. Shannon studied Drama at Liverpool John Moores University, where she also worked as a Student Performer, delivering assemblies to Key Stage Three Pupils, and as the Workshop Coordinator for the Drama Society.

Shannon Moloney
Lead Senior Education Worker
Shannon Moloney joined us in January 2021. Shannon has a degree in Illustration from the Norwich University of the Arts and has previously worked as a Graduate Boarding Assistant at Wymondham College.

Shaquille Ogunyinka
Education Worker
Shaquille Ogunyinka joined us in July 2022. Shaquille has a degree in Psychology from the University of Essex. Previously, he has worked as a Learning Support Assistant in a Secondary school and as a Teaching Assistant in a Primary school.

Sharif Chowdhury
Senior Corporate Partnerships Officer
Sharif is our Senior Corporate Partnerships officer and joined us in January 2022. He has over 8 years’ experience working in charities for children & young people having worked at ELHAP, an adventure playground for children & young people with disabilities, and The Kids Network, a mentoring charity for primary school aged children from disadvantaged backgrounds. Sharif has a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Birmingham.

Sharon Gyimah
Assistant Head of Programme Delivery and Operations
Sharon Gyimah is our Assistant Head of Programme Delivery and Operations (London and the South Coast). Sharon joined us in January 2017 as an Education Worker in Bow and was then the Centre Leader at East Ham. Sharon has a degree in Politics and Sociology from Aston University and an MA in Social Justice and Education from UCL's Institute of Education.

Shazia Ghamai
Senior Data and Impact Officer
Shazia Ghamai joined us in March 2022. Shazia has a degree in BSc Psychology from Brunel University and a masters in Clinical Mental Health Sciences from University College London. Previously, she volunteered with Victim Support and The Forward Trust and has research experience from her placement at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery.

Shravya Aradhyam
Programme Support Tutor
Shravya Aradhyam joined us in September 2022. Shravya has a degree in Sociology from Madras University in India. Previously, she worked as a Tutor and PhD Scholar for The Brilliant Club.

Sophie Foster
Senior Education Worker
Sophie Foster joined us in August 2021. Sophie has a History degree from the University of Nottingham. Previously Sophie was a Senior Student Ambassador at the University of Nottingham

Sophie Houghton
Head of Programme Delivery and Operations
Sophie Houghton is our Head of Programme Delivery and Operations (North of England and East Midlands). Sophie has a degree in European Social and Political Studies with French from UCL and a PGCE from Sheffield Hallam. She also has a Masters of Education from the University of Manchester.

Sophie Hunt
Senior Education Worker
Sophie Hunt joined us in August 2021. Sophie has a English degree from the University of Nottingham. Previously Sophie was a Trainee Commercial Manager at Frasers Group and International English Teacher.

Sophie Jackson
Education Worker
Sophie Jackson joined us in November 2022. Sophie has a degree in Psychology from the University of Liverpool and previously volunteered at the North Liverpool centre.

Sophie Lewisohn
Vice-Chair of Trustees
Sophie Lewisohn is our Vice-Chair of Trustees and Chair of the Advisory Panel. Sophie has been closely involved in the development of the charity. She brings her experience in finance and economics at the UN Capital Development Fund and at the Economist Intelligence Unit to the governance of the organisation.
