Our people

Lindsay Bolton joined us in September 2025. She studied Psychology at the University of York. She has previously worked as a National Youth Helpline Shift Leader and Safeguarding Team Member at The Mix, as a Frontline Independent Domestic Abuse Advocate and Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (IDVA/ISVA), and as a MARAC Coordinator for Hammersmith and Fulham, leading multiagency meetings to create borough-wide safety and action plans for victim-survivors of domestic abuse at high risk of harm or homicide.

Lindsay Manion joined us in February 2024. Lindsay has a degree in English Literature from the University of Sheffield. Previously, she worked as a Teaching Assistant with Academics Ltd and as a Playscheme worker at KIDS.

Lindsey Wood joined us in July 2023. Lindsey studied Geography at the University of Leeds and previously worked as a Secondary school teacher in Budapest.

Livvy Donaldson joined us in August 2020. Livvy studied Geography with Psychology at the University of Chester. She previously worked as a Camp Counsellor with Camp America, leading activities for children as well as providing pastoral care.

Lizzie Boyce is our Director of Development. Lizzie has a degree in Biology and joined us as an Education Worker in August 2013 before joining our fundraising team in 2015. She previously interned at our Hammersmith centre, and has worked at Explore Learning and The Science Museum.

Lois Plummer joined us in January 2021. Lois has a degree in Sociology from the University of Nottingham and a MSc in Ethnicity and Multiculturalism from the University of Bristol. Previously, she interned in the Widening Participation team at the University of Bristol and worked as an Education Worker at our Bristol East centre.

Lois Speakman joined us in July 2023. Lois studied Maths at Liverpool John Moores University. Previously, she volunteered as a Tutor at Action Tutoring and at IntoUniversity North Liverpool.

Loui Marchant joined us in January 2021. Loui has a degree in International Relations from the University of St. Andrews and an MSc in Gender, Development and Globalisation from the London School of Economics. Previously, she worked as a Research Assistant at the Research Base.

Louise Gregory joined us in July 2024. Louise has completed a degree in Childhood (Psychology) from Nottingham Trent University. Previously, Louise worked as a Student Mentor. She has also completed teacher training placements as well as a placement at Green’s Windmill and Science Centre.

Lucile Richard joined us in July 2023. Lucile has a degree in Social and Political Science, completed a Masters in European Literature and has a PHD in French Literature from UCL. She previously worked as a Language Tutor and Teaching Assistant.

Lucy Carter joined us in January 2020 and has a Politics and International Relations degree from the University of Bristol. Previously Lucy worked as a Teaching Assistant and as a Customer Relations Advisor at Thameslink Govia Railway.

Lucy Hart joined us in July 2025. Lucy has a BSc in Psychology from the University of Northumbria, where she has also been a volunteer research assistant. She has also worked in retail and hospitality, as well as been a mentor at IntoUniversity. Previously, she has also worked as a dance coach.
