Our people

Laura Pitchford joined us in August 2021 and is currently on maternity leave. She has a degree in Arts & Humanities: English with Linguistics and a Masters in English Literary Research. Previously Laura worked for the City College Norwich as a Neaco Co-Ordinator and Careers Advisor and before this was an Employment Adviser & Assistant Manager at Norfolk Training Services.

Laura Skinner joined us in February 2026. Laura has a BA and MA in English Literature from the University of Hull and is currently completing a PhD in Criminology, specialising in Modern Slavery. She has held several student support roles in a primary school and an FE college, and has also worked in student recruitment and outreach as an ambassador for the University of Hull for the past eight years.

Laura Trinder joined us in July 2023. Laura has a degree in Education from the University of East Anglia. Previously, she worked as an SEN Teaching Assistant at Lionwood Junior School and worked at Locksley Short Stay School in Norwich.

Lauren Jones joined us in July 2024. Lauren has a degree in History from the University of Bristol and previously worked as a Teaching Assistant.

Leah​ ​Boyne​ ​joined us in January 2018. Leah has a degree in Politics from the University of Sheffield. She previously worked as an English Language Teacher in China, and was our Centre Leader at IntoUniversity Hammersmith.

Lenny O'Sullivan joined us in July 2025. Lenny has an undergraduate degree in Drama and English Literature, and a master's degree in Screenwriting from the University of Manchester. He has previously worked as a tutor with Mannings, and volunteered at charities like TiPP and Odd Arts.

Lesley Acton joined us in April 2024. Lesley has a degree in English from the University of Hull. Previously, she was Head of Fair Access at the University of Hull and worked as a Teacher in a sixth form college.

Lewis Clark joined us in January 2023. Lewis has a degree in Sports Studies from Leeds Beckett University. Previously, he worked as a temporary Education Worker at IntoUniversity in Leeds.

Liam Casey joined us in March 2024. Liam has a degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland and an MSc in International Relations of the Americas from University College London. Previously, he has worked at ImaGen as an Academic Advisor, at Shorelight Education as an Admissions Specialist and taught English in Vietnam through the British Council.

Lily Dwyer joined us in August 2022. Lily has a degree in French and History from the University of Leeds and previously worked as an English Language Assistant.

Lily Lloyd Smith joined us in January 2024. Lily has a degree in Film Studies from Kings College London. Previously, they worked as a nursery teacher and Education Advisor.

Lily Walsh joined us in July 2024. Lily has a degree in Psychology from the University of Hull. Previously, Lily worked as a Personal Assistant for a young person with additional needs.
