John Bleasdale
Director of Development
John Bleasdale is our Director of Development. John joined us in 2018 and has over 17 years of fundraising and grant making experience. He was previously Head of Trusts and Foundations at Teach First, and prior to that worked at the British Red Cross and the Big Lottery Fund.

Jonny Roberts
Education Worker
Jonny Roberts joined us in May 2022. Jonny has a degree in Economics from the University of Essex and has previously been an Academic Support volunteer and mentor at our Bow centre.

Joseph Thorne
Senior Education Worker
Joseph Thorne joined us as an Education Worker in August 2021. Jo has a degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford and a Ph.D. in English Literature from Liverpool John Moores University. Previously, he was our Programme Support Tutor in Oxford.

Joshua Shapland
Senior Education Worker
Josh Shapland joined us in August 2018. Josh has a degree in Early Years Education from University Centre Weston where he was a Student Ambassador. He has previously worked as an Early Years Practitioner.

Julian Granville
Trustee
Julian Granville is Chairman of Boden having been CEO from 1997 to 2017. He also chairs Monica Vinader and sits on the Advisory Panel of Piper Private Equity.

Kaftun Mohamed
Education Worker
Kaftun Mohamed joins us in January 2022. Kaftun studied International Relations at Queen Mary University of London. Kaftun has previously worked as a Learning Support Assistant, supporting secondary school students in the classroom and in extracurricular activities.

Kate McNally
Lead Senior Education Worker
Kate McNally joined us in August 2017. Kate has a degree in French and Business Management from The University of Manchester. She also has a Primary PGCE with French and has previously worked as a teacher.

Katie Griffiths
Centre Leader
Katie Griffiths joined us in August 2019. She has a degree in Education Studies from Anglia Ruskin University and previously worked teaching English to children with special educational needs.

Katie Kinzett
Education Worker
Katie Kinzett joined us in August 2022. Katie studied Photography at Nottingham Trent University. Previously, she volunteered at a community darkroom and film lab and worked in a Secondary school as an Art and DT Technician.

Kelly Wainhouse
Head of Safeguarding
Kelly Wainhouse joined us in January 2020. She previously was the Senior Programme Manager at the National Citizen Service, The Challenge and Buddy Scheme Project Manager at Richmond AID.

Kimberley Webster
Senior Education Worker
Kimberley Webster joined us in January 2021. Kimberley has a degree in English Literature from the University of Edinburgh and a MSc in Publishing from Edinburgh Napier University. Previously, she has worked as an Editorial Assistant and been a Mentor with the Wave Project UK.

Kimberly Bentley-Maselino
Education Worker
Kimberly Bentley-Maselino joined us in January 2022. She studied Law with Criminology at the University of Portsmouth. Previously, she worked in the Retail and Hospitality industries.
