Hannah Purkiss
Chief Operating Officer
Hannah Purkiss is our Chief Operating Officer based at our Head Office. Hannah joined us as a graduate-trainee Education Worker in August 2010.

Hannah Starr
Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead
Hannah Starr joined us in September 2022. Hannah has degrees in Geography and Psychology and over 15 years experience working in a variety of education and charity roles. She was previously part of the Senior Management Team at our sister charity The ClementJames Centre.

Hannah Vindice
Centre Leader
Hannah Vindice joined us in February 2020. Hannah has a degree in Sociology from Newcastle University. She has previously volunteered for Restless Development, advocating sexual reproductive health rights and citizenship for young people.

Hannie Phillips
Education Worker
Hannie Phillips joined us in May 2022. Hannie has an English with Creative Writing degree from the University of Nottingham, a MA in Modern and Contemporary Literature, Culture and Thought from the University of Sussex and a PhD from the University of Leeds. Previously, she worked as a PhD Tutor for the Brilliant Club and a Post Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Leeds.

Harry Meeks
Senior Education Worker
Harry Meeks joined us in January 2021. Harry has a degree in History from the University of Essex where he also completed his MA in History. Previously, he has worked in customer service, hospitality and as a Martial Arts instructor for both adults and children.

Hattie Robson
Education Worker
Hattie Robson joined us in September 2021 as a Programme Support Tutor in the Brighton centre. Hattie has a degree in Spanish and European Studies and previously worked as an English tutor both online and in Spain.

Helen Norman
Centre Leader
Helen Norman joined us in August 2020. Helen studied Chemistry at the University of Oxford, where she was also a Student Ambassador and a Volunteer and Social Services Liaison Officer for the Lincoln College Vacation Project. She also previously worked as a Project Officer for Student Hubs.

Helen Tudor
Education Worker
Helen Tudor joined us in August 2022. Helen has a degree in Natural Sciences (Biology) from the University of York and previously worked at Agility, a Ninja Warrior-style activity centre. She also worked as an intern at our Walworth centre.

Hollie Baines
Regional Operations Manager (East of England)
Hollie Baines joined us in August 2017. Hollie has a degree in Drama in the Community from Bishop Grosseteste University, as well as a PGCE from North Essex Teacher Training. She previously taught drama.

Hugh Rayment-Pickard
Co-founder and Strategic Advisor
Dr Hugh Rayment-Pickard is our Co-founder and Strategic Advisor. He has over 20 years’ experience in the not-for-profit sector and is currently Co-Director of the Professional Teaching Institute.

Ifetola Ojo
Education Worker
Ifetola Ojo joined us in January 2023. Ifetola has a degree in Development Studies from SOAS. She joins us with previous experience planning and delivering workshops.

Ikra Ali
Education Worker
Ikra Ali joined us in July 2022. Ikra studied Government and History at London School of Economics and Political Science and has previously worked as a tutor and a learning mentor with City Year.
