Faye Howard
Centre Leader
Faye Howard joined us in August 2021. Faye has a English and French degree from the University of Liverpool and an MA in Gender and Women's Studies and English Literature from Lancaster University. Previously Faye was a Private Tutor at Faye à la maison and an English Teacher at Université de Lorraine.

Gabriella Rees
Education Worker
Gabriella Rees joined us in October 2022. Gabriella has a degree in Geography from the University of East Anglia. Previously, she worked as a Hebrew Teacher at her local synagogue, Chabad Wimbledon. She has also worked as an Activity Instructor and Group Leader at PGL, an outdoor activity centre for young people and families.

Gaby Horwood
Education Worker
Gaby Horwood joined us in August 2022. Gaby has a degree in English and Drama from the University of Birmingham and has a PGCE from TeachFirst. Previously, she worked as an English and Drama teacher.

George Coulton
Education Worker
George Coulton joined us in August 2022. George has a degree in Sports and Exercise Psychology from Coventry University and a Masters in Education, Policy and Society from King's College London. He was also previously a mentor at our North Islington centre.

Georgia Markou
Centre Leader
Georgia Markou joined us in August 2019. She has a degree in Sociology and Criminology from the University of Nottingham. Georgia was previously an intern at our North Islington Centre and a Mentor at our Haringey North Centre.

Georgia Martin
Senior Education Worker
Georgia Martin joined us in August 2018. Georgia has a degree in Business and Management from the University of Exeter. She has previously worked in retail and hospitality.

Giulia Mifsud
Regional Operations Manager (East London)
Giulia Mifsud joined us in August 2016. She has a degree in Psychology and Theatre Studies from the University of Malta as well as a Masters in the Psychology of Education from UCL. Previously, Giulia was our Centre Leader in Brent.

Hamish Hepburn
Senior Education Worker
Hamish Hepburn joined us in January 2021. Hamish has BSc in Zoology and an MSc in Conservation Management of African Ecosystems from The University of Glasgow. Previously, he worked as a Widening Participation Postgraduate Tutor at The University of Glasgow.

Hannah Dale
Programme Support Tutor
Hannah Dale joined us in November 2022. Hannah is currently studying English at the University of Bristol and previously, volunteered and interned at both of our Bristol centres. She also worked as a Head Coach at Coachbright and a Student Mentor at the University of Bristol.

Hannah Fearnley
Centre Deputy
Hannah Fearnley joined us in August 2021. Hannah has a Zoology degree from the University of Glasgow. Previously, she was a Science Teacher at Crestwood Community School as well as being a Netball Coach at Stirling Netball Club.

Hannah Margetts
Head of Fundraising (Corporate Partnerships)
Hannah Margetts joined us in September 2015 and is our Head of Fundraising, with a specific focus on managing our corporate partnerships. Hannah has a degree in French with International Relations from the University of Exeter.

Hannah Padfield
Head of People and Culture
Hannah Padfield joined us in January 2022 as the Head of People and Culture. Hannah has an English degree from the University of Warwick and Masters degrees from King's College London and the University of Sheffield. Hannah is a Chartered Member of CIPD and has over 10 years of experience working within HR. Hannah was previously Head of HR-Corporate Centre at Royal Mail Group.
