Hollie Baines
Centre Leader
Hollie Baines joined us in August 2017. Hollie has a degree in Drama in the Community from Bishop Grosseteste University, as well as a PGCE from North Essex Teacher Training. She previously taught drama.

Hugh Rayment-Pickard
Chief Strategy Officer and Co-founder
Dr Hugh Rayment-Pickard is our Chief Strategy Officer. He has over 20 years’ experience in the not-for-profit sector and is a co-founder of IntoUniversity.

Izzy Mann
Senior Education Worker
Izzy Mann joined us in January 2020. Izzy has a History and Politics degree from the University of Nottingham and previously was an Outreach and Liason Officer for Out in Education and an IntoUniversity Student Mentor.

Izzy Pearson
Centre Leader
Izzy Pearson joined us in August 2018. Izzy has a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Leeds where she was also a Student Host. Izzy was a Primary Academic Support Volunteer and Mentor at IntoUniversity Leeds South.

Jade Morgan
Arts Programme Manager
Jade Morgan joined us in June 2021 and is our Arts Programme Manager, overseeing the Khadija Saye Arts Programme. She has a Interior Design degree from the De Monfort University. Jade previously was a Volunteering and Community Involvement officer at the Roundhouse in Birmingham.

Jade Rampasad
Education Worker
Jade Rampasad joined us in January 2022. She has a degree in Psychology at Goldsmiths College. Previously Jade worked as a Teach First Mentor and as Tutor at Explore Learning, supporting Primary school students in various subjects.

Jai Thakrar-Curtis
Education Worker
Jai Thakrar-Curtis joined us in August 2020. Jai studied History at the University of Oxford and has had several different tutoring and mentoring roles including at our Oxford South East centre.

Jake Oxby
Centre Leader
Jake Oxby joined us in August 2014. Jake studied Sports Business Management at Leeds Metropolitan University and has worked as a Student Ambassador and also as a Tri-Golf and Football Coach.

Jake Wales
Senior Education Worker
Jake Wales joined us in January 2021. He has a degree in History from The University of Edinburgh. Previously, Jake worked as a volunteer teacher in South Africa, an English language teacher in Italy and in a language school in Edinburgh.

James Finn
Centre Leader
James Finn has a degree in Outdoor Education from the University of St Mark and St John. He also has a Master’s degree in Transcultural European Outdoor Studies. James previously worked for the Department of Conservation in New Zealand.

Jazmin Reigan
Education Worker
Jazmin Reigan joined us in August 2021. Jazmin has a degree in Media Practice from the University of Sussex. Previously, she was a mentor at IntoUniversity Brighton.

Jenneh Edem-Hotah
Centre Leader
Jenneh Edem-Hotah joined us in January 2017 and is our Head of Diversity and Inclusion. Jenneh has a degree in Biomedical Science from the University of Manchester. She previously volunteered as an intern with IntoUniversity and also volunteered with International Citizen Service.
