Courtney Causer
Senior Education Worker
Courtney Causer joined us in August 2021. Courtney has a degree in Applied Psychology from the Glasgow Caledonian University. Previously, she was a Sessional Support Worker at Indigo Childcare and before this was a Volunteer Childline Counsellor.

Courtney Hayes
Senior Education Worker
Courtney Hayes joined us in August 2021. Courtney has a degree in Communication and Media from Bournemouth University. Previously, she worked as a teacher in China.

Cris Arnaiz
Centre Deputy
Cristobal Arnaiz joined us in August 2021. Cristobal has a degree in Spanish and TESOL from The Manchester Metropolitan University. Previously, Cristobal was a Clinical Lead Administrator at the Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership (NHS).

Daina Campbell
Education Worker
Daina Campbell joined us in August 2022. Daina has a degree in Psychology with Professional Development from Brunel University. She has previous experience within the education sector, and working with various institutions to provide employment training internationally.

Daisy Rae
Head of Operations (Scotland)
Daisy Rae joined us in October 2022. Daisy has a degree in French Studies from the University of Manchester and a PGCE in Secondary Modern Foreign Languages from the University of Cumbria. Previously, she worked as a Curriculum Leader of Modern Foreign Languages and as a Head of Year and Early Career Teacher (ECT) Programme Coordinator in a Secondary school.

Dan Century
Chief Finance Officer
Dan Century joined us in March 2014 and is our Chief Finance Officer. Dan has a degree in Medieval and Modern History and has more than nine years experience working in the financial services sector.

Daniel Sadler
Centre Leader
Daniel Sadler joined us in August 2019. Daniel has a degree in History from Queen Mary University of London. He previously worked as a Residential Programmes Coordinator at The Challenge and as an Education Worker in our Bow and East Ham centres.

Dani Smith
Centre Leader
Dani Smith joined us in August 2021. She has a Biology and Animal Behaviour degree from the University of Exeter. Previously, Danielle was a Our Bright Future Senior Project Officer (Avon Wildlife Trust).

Dan Knott
Education Worker
Dan Knott joined us in August 2022. Dan studied Economics at the University of Sheffield and has previously worked in recruitment and as a Camp Counsellor in Pennsylvania.

David Clements
Education Worker
David Clements joined us in August 2022. David has a degree in History from Queen Mary University and an MA in International Relations at the University of Exeter. Previously, he worked as both a Learning Assistant and a Primary school teacher.

David Ellis
Centre Leader
David Ellis joined us in August 2019. David has a degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford and previously worked as a English language teaching assistant in France.

Deepika Nandha
Education Worker
Deepika Nandha joined us in August 2022. Deepika studied Biochemistry at the University of Sheffield and has previously volunteered as an All Stars Activator for England and Wales Cricket Board.
