Amna Ahmed
Education Worker
Amna Ahmed joined us in November 2021. Amna has an Applied Psychology degree from Glasgow Caledonian University. Previously Amna was an Arabic Tutor at the Islamic Academy of Scotland as well as Community Outreach and Engagement Worker at Ubuntu Women Shelter.

Amy Bowdrey
Senior Education Worker
Amy Bowdrey joined us in January 2021. She has a degree in Political Science, International Relations and Law and Society from the University of Western Australia. Previously, Amy was the Programme Support Coordinator of a family and domestic violence not-for-profit as well as a career mentor for UWA.

Amy Erentz
Senior Education Worker
Amy Erentz joined us in August 2019. She has a degree in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of Nottingham. Amy previously worked as an intern at our Nottingham East centre and as a Nursery Support Assistant.

Amy Pike
Centre Leader
Amy Pike joined us in January 2019. Amy studied English Literature at the University of Cambridge and has a Masters in Culture of the European Renaissance from the University of Warwick. She has previously taught English as a foreign language.

Amy Wong
Lead Senior Education Worker
Amy Wong joined us in August 2017 and is currently on maternity leave. Amy has a degree in Natural Sciences from The University of Nottingham. She previously interned at our Leeds South centre.

Andy Ashe
Senior Education Worker
Andy Ashe joined us in January 2019. Andy has a degree in Law from the University of Edinburgh. Previously, he worked as an Education Worker in our Coventry centre and as the Democracy and Representation Coordinator at the University of Strathclyde Students’ Association.

Anna Bevington
Education Worker
Anna Bevington joined us in January 2022. Anna studied Geography at the University of Exeter. Anna has previously worked as a Ministry Assistant, working with both Primary and Secondary aged students, and as a Leader at summer holiday camps for children.

Anna James
HR Policy and Research Manager
Anna James is our HR Manager. Anna was part of the set-up team for our Haringey North centre, and was Centre Leader and FOCUS Manager, leading a team to design and pilot the Secondary FOCUS Programme. She re-joined the charity in April 2019 and now works on policy and research projects for our HR Team.

Anuli Changa
Senior Education Worker
Anuli Changa joined us in August 2020. Anuli has a Law degree from the University of Manchester. Anuli previously was a Programme Director and Senior Mentor at Debate Mate as well as being heavily involved in the Black Lawyers Matter initiative whilst at university.

Anwar Malik
Partnerships Officer
Anwar Malik joined us in July 2021 and is our Partnerships Officer. She has a degree in English Literature from King’s College London and a Master’s in Postcolonial Literature from the University of Oxford. Previously, she has volunteered for various education charities and worked as an English Language Assistant in Spain.

Arienne Panayi
Education Worker
Arienne Panayi joined us in January 2022. She has a degree in English Literature from Leeds Beckett University. Previously, Arienne was an Account Executive at Prohibition PR and a Media Relations, Influencer Executive at Democracy PR and a Teaching Assistant.

Becca Marsh
Partnerships Manager
Rebecca Marsh joined us in June 2018 and is our Partnerships Manager. Rebecca studied History and Politics at the University of Leeds. She was previously a mentor at our Leeds South centre.
