Becky Kendall
Assistant Head of Operations
Becky Kendall is our Assistant Head of Operations. Becky joined us as an Education Worker in January 2014 and was Centre Leader at IntoUniversity Hackney South.

Ben Ashton
Programme Support Tutor
Ben Ashton joined us in February 2023. Ben studied Italian and Polish at the University of Oxford. Previously he taught Drama and English to children both in the UK and in Italy.

Ben Myers
Education Worker
Ben Myers joined us in July 2022. Ben has a degree in Theology and Religion from the University of Durham, a MA in Transformational Leadership from Canterbury Christ Church University and a PGDE. Previously, he worked as a Maths teacher and has experience volunteering with refugee organisations.

Bethan Wooldridge
Centre Leader
Bethan Wooldridge joined us in August 2019. She has a degree in Psychology from the University of Sussex and previously worked for Education First.

Beth Ketteringham
Education Worker
Beth Ketteringham joined us in September 2022. Beth studied Psychology at the University of Bath and completed a placement year as a Research Assistant at the Centre for Family Research at the University of Cambridge. She has also completed a TEFL qualification and worked as a Student Ambassador at University of Bath.

Caitlin Atha
Education Worker
Caitlin Atha joins us in January 2022. Caitlin studied Sociology at the University of Sheffield, before completing an MA in Sociology of Childhood and Children’s Rights at UCL. Previously Caitlin worked in Graduate Operations within a childcare organization and volunteered as a Mentor with a Sixth Form Sociology student.

Caitlin Runciman
Corporate Partnerships Officer
Caitlin Runciman joined us in June 2022 and is our Corporate Partnerships Officer. Caitlin has a degree in Politics from SOAS and previously worked as an English Language and Literature tutor and a Senior Mentor at Debate Mate.

Camilla Shearing
Education Worker
Camilla Shearing joined us in August 2022. Camilla has a degree in Education Studies from Bishop Grosseteste University. Previously, she worked in Primary schools and in Customer Service roles.

Carmen Martinez
Education Worker
Carmen Martinez joins us in January 2022. Carmen studied English Literature and Modern Languages (Spanish) at the University of Oxford. Previously Carmen worked as a Project Assistant with Lambeth Early Action Partnership and as both a Group Leader and a Mentor with the organization Free to Be Kids.

Catherine Herbert
Programme Support Tutor
Catherine Herbert joined us in September 2022. Catherine has a degree in Fine Art from Cumbria Institute of the Arts, an MA in Art and Science at Central St Martins (UAL) and a PGCE in Post Compulsory Education. Previously, she taught Art and Design in Further Education for 13 years and also currently works as a community artist focusing on local environmental issues.

Charlotte Matless
Head of Programmes
Charlotte Matless joined us in August 2015. Charlotte has a degree in English and German from the University of Nottingham and a Masters in Psychology.

Chloe Turner
Centre Leader
Chloe Turner joined us in August 2018. Chloe has a degree in English Literature and Theatre Studies from the University of Glasgow. She has previously worked as a Youth Worker at Saheliya and as an Education Worker at our Leeds South centre.
