Our people
Jenny Brown
Trustee
Jenny Brown was educated at North London Collegiate School and Oxford University, where she read English. She started her career publishing for Robert Maxwell at Pergamon Press, but the move into English teaching at Cranleigh School ‘felt like coming home’. She taught at Highgate School in 1995 and then South Hampstead High School in 2000 and became Head of English at Channing School and then Director of Senior School at St Paul’s Girls’ School, until taking up her first Headship at St Alban’s High School for Girls. Since September 2019, she has been the Headmistress of the City of London School for Girls.
Jessica Smith
Centre Leader (Designated Safeguarding Officer)
Jessica Smith joined us in January 2020. Jessica has a degree in English and Biblical Literature from The University of Sheffield. She previously worked as a Community Logistics Manager for The Challenge.
Jess Jones
Senior Education Worker
Jess Jones joined us in February 2025. Jess did primary Education and Teaching Studies at CU Scarborough and completed various primary school placement as well as spent the summer volunteering in Washington DC as a Smithsonian Camp Instructor. More recently, she worked in a residential and dementia care home where she was supporting the residents with their daily wants and needs whilst promoting independence, safety and their best interests.
Joe Corton
Centre Leader (Designated Safeguarding Officer)
Joe joined us in January 2023. He studied Education Studies and Early Years at Nottingham Trent University. He has previously worked in SEND schools for 10 years as both a Teaching Assistant and a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
Jonny Roberts
Centre Leader
Jonny Roberts joined us in May 2022. Jonny has a degree in Economics from the University of Essex and has previously been an Academic Support volunteer and mentor at our Bow centre.
Joseph Corton
Senior Education Worker
Joseph Corton joined us in January 2023. Joseph has a Joint Honors degree in Early Years & Education Studies degree from Nottingham Trent University. Previously, he worked as a Learning Support Professional in a Primary setting, with previous experience as a TA and Higher Level TA.
Judith Abbachi
Senior Programme Support Tutor
Judith Abbachi joined us in September 2024. Judith has a Certificate in Training Practice with the Chartered Institute of Personal Development. She previously hosted international students in her home, helping them learn English and assisting them with their homework and teaching them life skills.
Julia Neill
Education Worker
Julia Neill joined us in March 2026. Julia studied Chemistry at the University of Oxford. Julia previously worked for the outreach team at the University of Oxford’s Department of Chemistry and also spent over six years working at a sports holiday club for primary school-aged children.
Julian Granville
Trustee
Julian Granville is Chairman of Boden having been CEO from 1997 to 2017. He also chairs Monica Vinader and sits on the Advisory Panel of Piper Private Equity.
Kate
Programmes Manager
Kate joined us in August 2017. Kate has a degree in French and Business Management from The University of Manchester. She also has a Primary PGCE with French and has previously worked as a teacher.
Katherine Adair
Education Worker
Katherine Adair joined us on April 2025. Katherine studied European Studies at Trinity College, Dublin, and went on to complete a Master's in Diplomacy at SOAS. Before starting at IntoUniversity, she worked as a teaching assistant in a primary school.
Katie Kinzett
Centre Leader (Designated Safeguarding Officer)
Katie Kinzett joined us in August 2022. Katie studied Photography at Nottingham Trent University. Previously, she volunteered at a community darkroom and film lab and worked in a Secondary school as an Art and DT Technician.
