Kim Rowson
Centre Leader
Kim Rowson joined us in January 2021. Kim has a degree in Applied Performance (Community and Education) from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. Previously, she worked at Birmingham City University organising and delivering the UniConnect programme.

Kirsten Stewart
Education Worker
Kirsten Stewart joined us in January 2022. Kirsten studied German at the University of Oxford. Previously, she was teacher in Hong Kong and worked as a Trade and Investment Assistant at the British Consulate in Munich.

Krysia Kubinski
Regional Operations Manager (North West England)
Krysia Kubinski joined us in January 2023 as our Regional Operations Manager for the North West of England. She has a degree in French and Italian from the University of Manchester. Previously, she worked as a Modern Foreign Language teacher and Head of Year in a Secondary school.

Laura Allison
Education Worker
Laura Allison joined us in August 2022. Laura studied Psychology at the University of Durham and has a Masters in Developmental Psychology. Previously, she worked as a tutor with Ranstad as part of the National Tutoring Programme.

Laura Barton
Assistant Director of Operations
Laura Barton is our Assistant Director of Operations. Laura joined as an Education Worker in August 2012 and was previously a Centre Leader and the Cluster Manager in South London.

Laura de Lisle
Education Worker
Laura de Lisle joined us in July 2022. Laura has a degree in History and German and a MA in History from the University of Oxford. Previously, they worked as a Teaching Assistant and as an a intern at our North Kensington centre.

Laura Jackson
Education Worker
Laura Jackson joined us in January 2022. Laura studied Geography at the University of Oxford. Previously, she was an Assistant Outreach Officer at Corpus Christi College, Oxford and as a Course Director for Universify Education.

Laura McGregor
Regional Operations Manager (Yorkshire)
Laura McGregor joined us in January 2016. Laura has a degree in Education Studies from the University of Bedfordshire and previously worked as a Group Counsellor at a summer camp and an Orphanage Support Worker in Ghana.

Laura Morley
HR support
Laura Morley joined the charity in September 2008 and has a degree in Communication and Media Studies from Loughborough University. Laura supports the HR team with onboarding new staff, overseeing HRInternal and ensuring staff are supported during their time at the charity.

Laura Pitchford
Centre Leader
Laura Pitchford joined us in August 2021. She has a degree in Arts & Humanities: English with Linguistics and a Masters in English Literary Research. Previously Laura worked for the City College Norwich as a Neaco Co-Ordinator and Careers Advisor and before this was an Employment Adviser & Assistant Manager at Norfolk Training Services.

Lauren Angus
Education Worker
Lauren Angus joined us in January 2022. Lauren studied Social Sciences at Glasgow Caledonian University. Lauren previously volunteered through Project Trust as a Community Liaison Officer at Manzini Youth Care in Swaziland, Southern Africa as well as working as a private Nanny.

Lauren Paddison
Education Worker
Lauren Paddison joined us in April 2022. Lauren studied Music at the University of Bristol and has previously worked as a Teaching Assistant in both Primary and Secondary schools. Previously, she volunteered as a Mentor at our Bristol South centre.
