Rishi Jindal joined us in August 2020. Rishi studied Ancient History at the University of Durham. He previously volunteered with CATSS (Children Achieving Through Student Support), taking children and young people who may otherwise not get the opportunity, on day trips and residential trips.
Robert Ager joined us in November 2022. Robert has a degree in Speech and Language Therapy from the University of Essex. Previously, he worked as a Speech and Language Therapist in the Essex Learning Disability Partnership.
Robyn O'Halloran joined us in August 2018. Robyn has a degree in History from the University of Birmingham. She was a volunteer at IntoUniversity Hackney South and has previously worked as a Support Assistant at CORE Projects.
Rory Brooks CBE founded the private equity group, MML Capital, in 1988. He is the Chairman of the Quintessentially Foundation. His family philanthropic engagements span poverty research, social justice, higher education and contemporary art.
Rosie Doyle joined us in August 2020. Rosie studied English and French at the University of Southampton and has experience working in various roles within SEN teams, including working as a Learning Support Assistant, an Academic SEN Tutor and an SEN team leader.
Rosie La joined us in November 2021 and is our Fundraising Officer (Philanthropy). Rosie has a degree in Geography from the University of Nottingham. Previously, she was Fundraising Assistant at School-Home Support, a charity working with children and families to maximise educational opportunities.
Head of Operations (London and South East of England)
Rosy Smith is our Head of Operations (London and South East of England). Rosy joined us in August 2012 and was previously our Centre Leader at East Ham, our BlackRock Partnership Manager and our East London and Clacton Cluster Manager.
Ruby Tait joined us in September 2019. Ruby has an English and Business degree with a year in China from the University of Liverpool. She was an intern at our Leeds East centre and was an Academic Support Volunteer at our North Liverpool centre.
Rushamba Wright joined us in August 2022. Rushamba studied International Relations and Politics at the University of East Anglia and previously worked as a tutor for Key Stage 3 students and as a mentor for sixth form students.
Ryan Higlett joined us in August 2020. Ryan has a Biochemistry degree from the University of Leeds. Previously, he took part in the University of Leeds Students into Schools Programme and has volunteered at IntoUniversity, assisting at Primary Academic Support.
