Our people

Victor Conrad Smith joined us in September 2025. He studied at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts. He has previously worked as a Support Worker, Workshop Facilitator, and Teaching Assistant.

Viknesh Jeevachandran joined us in January 2020. Viknesh has a Psychology degree from the University of Bath. Previously, he was a group leader for The Social Mobility Foundation and an Outreach Ambassador for Bath’s Widening Participation Officer.

Xuan Pollard joined us in January 2024. Xuan is a practising solicitor having qualified as a company commercial lawyer almost 30 years ago. Xuan has worked in private practice, in industry as well as in the charity sector in a variety of roles including voluntary positions. As a result, Xuan has gained extensive experience in legal and compliance issues arising in the voluntary sector.

Zachary Gladish joined us in August 2022. Zachary has a degree in Mathematics and Philosophy from the University of Exeter, where he was also a Student Ambassador. Previously, he worked in a full-time community outreach role at the University of Exeter.

Zia Duncan joined us in July 2022. Zia has a degree in Law from the University of Leeds and has previously worked as a Student Ambassador.
