Our people
Stephanie Hodson
Programme Support Tutor
Stephanie Hodson joined us in October 2024. Stephanie has a degree in Film, Television and Radio Studies from Staffordshire University, and qualified as a Teacher in 2012 after completing a PGCE from the University of Derby. She has over 10 years experience as a Primary School Teacher within Nottinghamshire schools.
Steve Windsor
Trustee
Steve Windsor is our Treasurer. Steve co-founded Atrato Group in 2017 where he is Co-Principal. Previously, he was a Partner at Goldman Sachs where he worked for 16 years and held senior positions in Investment Banking and Securities. Steve became involved with IntoUniversity through his work on the Goldman Sachs Charitable Giving Committee.
Susie Greenhalgh
Education Worker
Susie joined us in April 2025. She studied Human Geography at the University of Exeter, completing a placement year abroad in North-East India. She also holds a Level 5 TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) qualification from Trinity College London. She has previously worked in South Korea as a Primary School English Teacher, as a supply teacher and admin assistant in a secondary school, and in a primary school in North-East India.
Tamar Hopkins
Programme Support Tutor
Tamar Hopkins joined us in November 2025. Tamar holds a BA in Fine Art from the Byam Shaw School of Art, University of the Arts London. Previously, she worked as a freelance ESL teacher in Mexico City from 2021 to 2024, and as a workshop facilitator with Art Club CDMX from 2019 to 2021. Tamar also previously worked in London as Front of House Manager at Chats Palace.
Tara Hodges
Senior Education Worker
Tara Hodges joined us in July 2024. Tara has a degree in Psychology and a Masters in Developmental Disorders, both from the University of Nottingham. Previously, Tara has worked as a SEND Teaching Assistant and Student Support Worker.
Tash Histed
Education Worker
Tash Histed joined us in August 2022. Tash studied History at the University of Bristol. Previously, she was a mentor at our Bristol East centre and a volunteer Teaching Assistant at a local Primary school.
Tasleem Patel
Regional Operations Manager (West Midlands)
Tasleem Patel joined us in August 2019. She has a degree in Psychology from the University of Leicester and previously worked as a Pathways Mentor for the University of Leicester Student Recruitment Office.
Teodoir Kempston
Education Worker
Teodoir Kempston joined us in Bristol East as a Temporary Education Worker. Teodoir studied Physics at the University of Bristol, where they completed a Masters degree. They previously worked as a Project Worker at Bristol East and Bristol Extension, as well as a Widening Participation Ambassador and Peer Mentor at the University of Bristol.
Teyah Michalis
Centre Leader (Designated Safeguarding Officer)
Teyah Michalis joined us in August 2021. Teyah has a Education, Culture and Society degree from Goldsmiths University and a Master's in Psychology of Education from the University of Bristol. Previously Teyah was a SEN Learning Support Assistant.
Tilly Page
Centre Leader (Designated Safeguarding Officer)
Tilly Page joined us in July 2024. Tilly has a degree in Primary Education and Teaching Studies from Coventry University and has completed a PGCE at York St John University. Previously, they worked as a Primary School Teacher.
Tom Smith
Senior Education Worker
Tom Smith joined us in September 2023. Tom has a degree in Physical Education and a Masters in Business Marketing and Management both from the University of East Anglia. Previously, he worked for The Norwich City Community Foundation where he worked in schools and delivered football sessions to all ages.

Centre Leader (Designated Safeguarding Officer)
Tom Williams joined us in March 2023. Tom has a degree in Politics from UWE, an MSc in Political Communication from the University of Glasgow and a PGCE in Primary Education from Bath Spa University. Previously, he worked as a Primary school teacher.
