Kathleen Gallagher
Education Worker
Kathleen Gallagher joins us in July 2024. Kathleen has a degree in History from the University of Liverpool, and has TEFL qualifications from the International University of Catalonia. She has previously worked as an English Language Assistant and volunteered as a telephone befriender in Spain.
Katie Kinzett
Centre Leader
Katie Kinzett joined us in August 2022. Katie studied Photography at Nottingham Trent University. Previously, she volunteered at a community darkroom and film lab and worked in a Secondary school as an Art and DT Technician.
Kay Kevat
Education Worker
Kay Kevat joined us in July 2024 and works between our Manchester North and Salford Central centres. Kay has a degree in Biomedical Science from Newcastle University and a PGCE from the University of Manchester. She has previously worked as a teacher and as an administrator for AQA.
Kayleigh Taylor
Education Worker
Kayleigh Taylor joined us in July 2024. Kayleigh has a degree in East Asian Studies and International Relations from SOAS University of London, where she was also an Outreach Student Ambassador. She has previously worked in retail and hospitality.
Kelly Wainhouse
Head of Safeguarding and Operations
Kelly Wainhouse joined us in January 2020. She previously was the Senior Programme Manager at the National Citizen Service, The Challenge and Buddy Scheme Project Manager at Richmond AID.
Kenza Benamar
Centre Leader
Kenza Benamar joined us in April 2023. Kenza has a degree in Textile Design for Fashion from Manchester Metropolitan University & a PGCE in Young People and Adults. Previously, she worked as a Lecturer in an FE college and as a D&I Trainer.
Kimberley Webster
Lead Senior Education Worker
Kimberley Webster joined us in January 2021. Kimberley has a degree in English Literature from the University of Edinburgh and a MSc in Publishing from Edinburgh Napier University. Previously, she has worked as an Editorial Assistant and been a Mentor with the Wave Project UK.
Kim Rowson
Regional Operations Manager (Glasgow and Edinburgh)
Kim Rowson joined us in January 2021. Kim has a degree in Applied Performance (Community and Education) from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. Previously, she worked at Birmingham City University organising and delivering the UniConnect programme.
Krysia Kubinski-Johnson
Interim Head of Programme Delivery and Operations
Krysia Kubinski-Johnson joined us in January 2023 and is our Interim Head of Programme Delivery and Operations (North of England and East Midlands). She has a degree in French and Italian from the University of Manchester. Previously, she worked as a Modern Foreign Language teacher and Head of Year in a Secondary school.
Lanre Ladokun
Education Worker
Lanre Ladokun joined us in January 2024. Lanre has a degree in Adult and Non-Formal Education from the University of Benin, Nigeria and a Master's degree in Peace, Conflict, and Development from the University of Bradford. Previously, they have worked as a Cover Supervisor and Teaching Assistant for Special Educational Needs (SEN) with children and young people.
Laura Allison
Senior Education Worker
Laura Allison joined us in August 2022. Laura studied Psychology at the University of Durham and has a Masters in Developmental Psychopathology. Previously, she worked as an academic mentor with Ranstad as part of the National Tutoring Programme.
Laura Barton
Assistant Director of Operations
Laura Barton is our Assistant Director of Operations. Laura joined as an Education Worker in August 2012 and was previously a Centre Leader and the Cluster Manager in South London.
