Our people

Michael Spierin
Head of Operations (Impact and Strategy)
Michael Spierin joined us in August 2019 and is our Head of Operations (Impact and Strategy, Maternity Cover). He has a degree in Sports Education and Psychology from Nottingham Trent University and has previously worked as an IntoUniversity Centre Leader in Nottingham and Newcastle as well as a Fundraiser for the Canal and River Trust.

Millie Radley
(on maternity leave) Senior Philanthropy Manager
Millie Radley joined us in August 2019 and is our Trust and Foundations Manager. Millie has a degree in English Literature and Italian from the University of Exeter and has worked as an Travel Coordinator for Discovery Summer, a summer school for international students, and as an English teacher in Vietnam.

Molly Carlin
Fundraising Officer
Molly Carlin joined us in June 2025. Molly studied History at the University of Oxford, completed an MA in Human Rights at UCL, and went on to earn a PhD in American History, Criminology, and Human Rights at the University of Sussex. She previously worked as a Policy Advisor for the Welsh Government, an English Teacher at Babington House School, and a Doctoral Tutor at the University of Sussex, as well as a Learning Support Assistant at The Charter School.

Molly Fairchild
Senior Education Worker
Molly Fairchild joined us in January 2024. Molly has a degree in Musical Theatre from the University Centre Weston. Previously, they worked in widening participation as a University Support Officer.

Molly Taylor
Fundraising Officer
Molly Taylor joined us in June 2025. Molly studied Classics at Downing College, University of Cambridge. She previously worked at a children's literacy charity, focusing primarily on the engagement and recruitment of corporate volunteers. Prior to that, she worked as a student ambassador and mentor at university, which included supporting IntoUniversity visits.

Monique Mathurin
Education Worker
Monique Mathurin joined us in July 2025. Monique has a degree in Psychology from the University of Nottingham. Monique has experience working with Primary School aged young people as well as being a mentor at IntoUniversity Nottingham Central.

Morgan Verner
Centre Leader (Designated Safeguarding Officer)
Morgan Verner joined us in April 2023. Morgan has a degree in Philosophy, Psychology, and Scientific Thought from the University of Leeds and an MSc in Psychology from the University of Bradford. During her undergraduate degree, she volunteered as a mentor with IntoUniversity and has previously worked as a SEN Teaching Assistant, and as a support worker for young adults with learning differences.

Munna Uddin
Finance Officer
Munna Uddin joined us in July 2025. Munna has a BSc in Medical Biochemistry from the University of Leicester. She is a co-founder of Halaqah Hub, a digital platform fostering education community among Muslim women. She has also previously worked at PwC as a Senior Audit Associate, and at DA Languages as a Freelance Interpreter.

Natalie Smith
Education Worker
Natalie Smith joined us in July 2024. Natalie has a degree from SUNY Oneonta in Anthropology and History, as well as a degree from the University of Edinburgh in History, Classics and Divinity and a PDGE from the University of Glasgow.

Natasha Morgan
Education Worker
Natasha Morgan joined us in July 2025. Natasha has a masters in Psychology MA (Social Sciences) from the University of Glasgow as well as a TEFL qualification. She previously worked as an English tutor in Austria as well as having experience in peer counsellor and mentorship. She was also a metor at IntoUniversity Maryhill.

Nazgol Nadali
Boarding Schools and Bursary programme Manager
Nazgol Nadali joined us in August 2022. Nazgol studied Modern Languages at the University of Nottingham and has previously worked as an International Office Assistant for a university in Paris. She was also a University Student Mentor at our Nottingham West centre.

Niamh Quigley
Senior Education Worker
Niamh Quigley joined us in January 2024. Niamh has a degree in Media and Communications from the University of London. Previously they worked as a Family Engagement Assistant for Tate.
