Our people

Millie Radley joined us in August 2019 and is our Trust and Foundations Manager. Millie has a degree in English Literature and Italian from the University of Exeter and has worked as an Travel Coordinator for Discovery Summer, a summer school for international students, and as an English teacher in Vietnam.

Molly Fairchild joined us in January 2024. Molly has a degree in Musical Theatre from the University Centre Weston. Previously, they worked in widening participation as a University Support Officer.

Morgan Verner joined us in April 2023. Morgan has a degree in Philosophy, Psychology, and Scientific Thought from the University of Leeds and an MSc in Psychology from the University of Bradford. During her undergraduate degree, she volunteered as a mentor with IntoUniversity and has previously worked as a SEN Teaching Assistant, and as a support worker for young adults with learning differences.

Natalie Brobin joined us in January 2024. Natalie has a degree in Secondary Design and Technology Education from Manchester Metropolitan University. Previously, she worked as a Design and Technology and a Graphic Communication teacher as well as a Youth Voice Facilitator.

Nathaniel Jones joined us in August 2022. Nathaniel has a degree in International Relations from the University of Durham and is currently studying a Masters in Psychology at UCL. Previously, he taught English as another language in Spain.

Nazgol Nadali joined us in August 2022. Nazgol studied Modern Languages at the University of Nottingham and has previously worked as an International Office Assistant for a university in Paris. She was also a University Student Mentor at our Nottingham West centre.

Niamh Quigley joined us in January 2024. Niamh has a degree in Media and Communications from the University of London. Previously they worked as a Family Engagement Assistant for Tate.

Nic Hattam​ ​joined us in August 2017. Nic has a degree in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience from The University of Nottingham. She previously mentored at our Nottingham East centre and worked as a Student Ambassador during her time at university.

Nick Matthews joined us in April 2024. Nick has a degree in Teaching from University College Chester and previously worked as a Primary school teacher.

Nicole Caranzo joined us in March 2023. Nicole studied Philosophy at the University of York and previously worked in a Higher Education Access programme and at an Arts charity.

Nicole Jean-Louis joined us in January 2024. Nicole has an undergraduate degree in Education Studies and a masters in Education (Policy and International Development) from the University of Bristol. They have previous experience in widening participation and community outreach.

Nicole Voang joined us in July 2023. Nicole studied Psychology at the University of Birmingham and previously worked as a Tutor.
