Megan Hodgkinson
Lead Senior Student Opportunities Officer
Megan Hodgkinson joined us in July 2022. Megan studied Philosophy, Ethics and Religion at the University of Leeds. Previously, she worked as an Education Executive Officer at Leeds University Union and has volunteered as a Primary school Teaching Assistant.

Megan Ison
Education Worker
Megan Ison joins us in January 2025 as an Education Worker in Gateshead/Newcastle. Megan has an undergraduate degree from Newcastle University in Geography. She has worked as a gymnastics coach as well as in the retail and hospitality sectors.

Meg Dunstan
Senior Education Worker
Meg Dunstan joined us in July 2023. Meg studied Geography at St Andrew's University and completed a Masters in Education, Public Policy, and Equity at the University of Glasgow. She previously worked as a Deputy Camp Manager.

Megg Flexman
Lead Senior Education Worker
Megg Flexman joined us in September 2018. Megg has a degree in Education and Childhood Studies from Anglia Ruskin University. She previously worked as a Theatre Assistant in day surgery before going on to study.

Meg Twist
Education Worker
Meg Twist joined us in December 2024. Meg has a Film and Television degree from the University of Nottingham. Previously, she worked at holiday camps and performing arts schools, as well as working as a Nanny, and did a placement at a local primary school during university.

Mia Hollis
Education Worker
Mia Hollis joins us in January 2025 as an Education Worker in Brighton. Mia has an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology from the University of Leeds. She has previously worked as a playworker at Elm Grove Primary School.

Michael Spierin
Head of Operations (Impact and Strategy)
Michael Spierin joined us in August 2019 and is our Head of Operations (Impact and Strategy, Maternity Cover). He has a degree in Sports Education and Psychology from Nottingham Trent University and has previously worked as an IntoUniversity Centre Leader in Nottingham and Newcastle as well as a Fundraiser for the Canal and River Trust.

Millie Radley
Senior Philanthropy Manager
Millie Radley joined us in August 2019 and is our Trust and Foundations Manager. Millie has a degree in English Literature and Italian from the University of Exeter and has worked as an Travel Coordinator for Discovery Summer, a summer school for international students, and as an English teacher in Vietnam.

Molly Fairchild
Senior Education Worker
Molly Fairchild joined us in January 2024. Molly has a degree in Musical Theatre from the University Centre Weston. Previously, they worked in widening participation as a University Support Officer.

Morgan Verner
Centre Leader
Morgan Verner joined us in April 2023. Morgan has a degree in Philosophy, Psychology, and Scientific Thought from the University of Leeds and an MSc in Psychology from the University of Bradford. During her undergraduate degree, she volunteered as a mentor with IntoUniversity and has previously worked as a SEN Teaching Assistant, and as a support worker for young adults with learning differences.

Natalie Smith
Education Worker
Natalie Smith joined us in July 2024. Natalie has a degree from SUNY Oneonta in Anthropology and History, as well as a degree from the University of Edinburgh in History, Classics and Divinity and a PDGE from the University of Glasgow.

Nazgol Nadali
Centre Leader
Nazgol Nadali joined us in August 2022. Nazgol studied Modern Languages at the University of Nottingham and has previously worked as an International Office Assistant for a university in Paris. She was also a University Student Mentor at our Nottingham West centre.
