The selection process

The first stage is to complete our online application form.

On our application form, we will also include details of how you can complete and submit a very short video presentation.

Applicants who are shortlisted will be invited to one of our online selection days. All those invited will participate in a series of group and individual activities. Candidates who most clearly demonstrate the right qualities for our graduate scheme will then be asked to return for an online panel interview. Please see further details in our job pack.

Please note that in line with our Safer Recruitment practices, successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check (for English centres) or a PVG scheme membership check (for Scottish centres) if selected for this role. The charity’s policy on the recruitment of ex-offenders can be found here, and you can find full details of DBS’s code of practice here and Disclosure Scotland’s code of practice here.

As part of our commitment to making our recruitment processes more inclusive, we offer access to the following outreach sessions for potential applicants from groups who are currently under-represented in IntoUniversity’s staff team.
