Hannah Margetts
Assistant Director of Development
Hannah Margetts joined us in September 2015 and is our Assistant Director of Development, with a specific focus on managing our corporate partnerships. Hannah has a degree in French with International Relations from the University of Exeter.

Hannah Purkiss
Chief Operating Officer
Hannah Purkiss is our Chief Operating Officer. Hannah joined IntoUniversity as an Education Worker at our Haringey North centre in 2010 after completing a degree in History at the University of Cambridge. She became the Centre Leader of the Hammersmith centre in 2011 and then the Cluster Manager for the North & West London Cluster in August 2013, before joining the Senior Management Team in August 2014. Hannah has overall responsibility for the operations of all of the charity’s centres.

Harlem Wall
Trustee Fellow
Harlem Nguyen is a Primary school teacher in Greenwich, having graduated from Durham University with a BA in History and English Literature and Cambridge University with a PGCE. She attended IntoUniversity Lambeth for ten years whilst at school and participated in a range of programmes during this time. Her interactions with IntoUniversity have fostered a love of education and played a fundamental role in her decision to pursue a career in teaching. Alongside teaching full-time, Harlem is currently completing a Masters in Education at Cambridge, with a focus on diversity in the curriculum.

Harry Meeks
Lead Senior Education Worker
Harry Meeks joined us in January 2021. Harry has a degree in History from the University of Essex where he also completed his MA in History. Previously, he has worked in customer service, hospitality and as a Martial Arts instructor for both adults and children.

Harsha Sabaragamuwa
Programme Support Tutor
Harsha Sabaragamuwa joined us in September 2024. Harsha has an MA in Linguistics from University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka, and an MA in Early Childhood and Education from the University of Hull. Previously, she taught English and Literature in Sri Lanka for 22 years and worked as a Teaching Assistant in the UK.

Hattie Woodward
Senior Education Worker
Hattie Woodward joined us in February 2023 and is currently on maternity leave. Hattie has a Masters in Primary Education from Liverpool Hope University. Previously, she worked as a Teaching Assistant and Nursery Manager.

Hollie Baines
Regional Operations Manager (East of England)
Hollie Baines joined us in August 2017. Hollie has a degree in Drama in the Community from Bishop Grosseteste University, as well as a PGCE from North Essex Teacher Training. She previously taught drama.

Huda Ahmed
Senior Education Worker
Huda Ahmed joined us in July 2023. Huda studied Psychology at City University and previously worked as a Teaching Assistant at a Primary school.

Hugh Rayment-Pickard
Co-founder and Strategic Advisor
Dr Hugh Rayment-Pickard is our Co-founder and Strategic Advisor. He has over 20 years’ experience in the not-for-profit sector and is currently Co-Director of the Professional Teaching Institute.

Ikra Ali
Senior Education Worker
Ikra Ali joined us in July 2022. Ikra studied Government and History at London School of Economics and Political Science and has previously worked as a tutor and a learning mentor with City Year.

Izzy Mann
Centre Leader (Designated Safeguarding Officer)
Izzy Mann joined us in January 2020. Izzy has a History and Politics degree from the University of Nottingham and previously was an Outreach and Liason Officer for Out in Education and an IntoUniversity Student Mentor.

Jack Hall
Senior Education Worker
Jack Hall joined us in January 2024. Jack has an undergraduate and masters degree in Film Studies from the University of Southampton. Previously they worked as an English teacher in South Korea.
