Jess Jones
Education Worker
Jess Jones joined us in February 2025. Jess did primary Education and Teaching Studies at CU Scarborough and completed various primary school placement as well as spent the summer volunteering in Washington DC as a Smithsonian Camp Instructor. More recently, she worked in a residential and dementia care home where she was supporting the residents with their daily wants and needs whilst promoting independence, safety and their best interests.

Jonny Roberts
Senior Education Worker
Jonny Roberts joined us in May 2022. Jonny has a degree in Economics from the University of Essex and has previously been an Academic Support volunteer and mentor at our Bow centre.

Jordan Lee
Senior Fundraising Officer (Philanthropy)
Jordan Lee joined us in June 2023 and is our Fundraising Officer (Philanthropy). Jordan has a degree in Geography and a masters in Political Theory from The University of Sheffield. Previously, he worked for a philosophy journal and in music PR.

Jo Rodgers
Education Worker
Jo Rodgers joined us in July 2024. Jo has a Bachelors of Arts in English and German and a Master of Arts in English Literature form the University of Leeds. She previously worked have worked in primary and secondary schools in Leeds, Germany and Austria as well as a seminar tutor and writing mentor at the University of Leeds.

Joseph Corton
Senior Education Worker
Joseph Corton joined us in January 2023. Joseph has a Joint Honors degree in Early Years & Education Studies degree from Nottingham Trent University. Previously, he worked as a Learning Support Professional in a Primary setting, with previous experience as a TA and Higher Level TA.

Judith Abbachi
Programme Support Tutor
Judith Abbachi joined us in September 2024. Judith has a Certificate in Training Practice with the Chartered Institute of Personal Development. She previously hosted international students in her home, helping them learn English and assisting them with their homework and teaching them life skills.

Julian Granville
Trustee
Julian Granville is Chairman of Boden having been CEO from 1997 to 2017. He also chairs Monica Vinader and sits on the Advisory Panel of Piper Private Equity.

Kara Michaelson
Education Worker
Kara Michaelson joins us in January 2025 as an Education Worker in London. Kara has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Bath. While at university, she was an Academic Representative and also a volunteer for the ‘We All Belong at Bath’ programme. She has worked and volunteered in a range of charities such as Learning Hive, SMART, and Heswall’s Disabled Children’s Holiday Fund. Kara has also worked as an Honorary Assistant Psychologist with the NHS.

Kara Oxford
Senior Education Worker
Kara Oxford joins us in July 2023. Kara studied Sociology at the University of Warwick. She previously volunteered with the Right to Read scheme and worked as a Widening Participation Ambassador.

Kate Hollinshead
HR Policy and Inclusion Manager
Kate Hollinshead joined us in September 2024. Kate has a Masters degree in Managing Equality and Diversity from London Metropolitan University and a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management. She previously worked as Head of Operations at the charity EqualiTeach.

Kate McNally
Programmes Manager
Kate McNally joined us in August 2017. Kate has a degree in French and Business Management from The University of Manchester. She also has a Primary PGCE with French and has previously worked as a teacher.

Katie Kinzett
Centre Leader
Katie Kinzett joined us in August 2022. Katie studied Photography at Nottingham Trent University. Previously, she volunteered at a community darkroom and film lab and worked in a Secondary school as an Art and DT Technician.
