Our people
Kenza Benamar
Centre Leader (Designated Safeguarding Officer)
Kenza Benamar joined us in April 2023. Kenza has a degree in Textile Design for Fashion from Manchester Metropolitan University & a PGCE in Young People and Adults. Previously, she worked as a Lecturer in an FE college and as a D&I Trainer.
Kimberley Webster
Education Worker
Kimberley joined us in October 2025. She holds an MSc in Publishing from Edinburgh Napier University and an MA in English Literature from the University of Edinburgh. She first worked with IntoUniversity in January 2021 and helping to set up the Craigmillar centre. Prior to that, she worked in editorial roles in children’s publishing in London.
Kim Rowson
Scotland Operations Manager
Kim Rowson joined us in January 2021. Kim has a degree in Applied Performance (Community and Education) from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. Previously, she worked at Birmingham City University organising and delivering the UniConnect programme.
Kobi Essilfie
Education Worker
Kobi Essilfie joined us in July 2025. Kobi has an undergraduate degree in Anthropology and International Development from the University of Sussex, and a master's in Security, Peace-building, and Diplomacy from the University of Loughborough. Previously, they have been a volunteer tutor at Tutor the Nation, and worked as a Team Leader and Venue Supervisor at Schools Plus.
Krysia Kubinski-Johnson
Assistant Head of Programme Delivery and Operations
Krysia Kubinski-Johnson joined us in January 2023. She has a degree in French and Italian from the University of Manchester. Previously, she worked as a Modern Foreign Language teacher and Head of Year in a Secondary school.
Lanre Ladokun
Senior Education Worker
Lanre Ladokun joined us in January 2024. Lanre has a degree in Adult and Non-Formal Education from the University of Benin, Nigeria and a Master's degree in Peace, Conflict, and Development from the University of Bradford. Previously, they have worked as a Cover Supervisor and Teaching Assistant for Special Educational Needs (SEN) with children and young people.
Laura Allison
Centre Leader (Designated Safeguarding Officer)
Laura Allison joined us in August 2022. Laura studied Psychology at the University of Durham and has a Masters in Developmental Psychopathology. Previously, she worked as an academic mentor with Ranstad as part of the National Tutoring Programme.
Laura Morley
Senior HR Manager
Laura Morley joined the charity in September 2008 and has a degree in Communication and Media Studies from Loughborough University.
Laura Pitchford
Centre Leader (Designated Safeguarding Officer)
Laura Pitchford joined us in August 2021 and is currently on maternity leave. She has a degree in Arts & Humanities: English with Linguistics and a Masters in English Literary Research. Previously Laura worked for the City College Norwich as a Neaco Co-Ordinator and Careers Advisor and before this was an Employment Adviser & Assistant Manager at Norfolk Training Services.
Laura Trinder
Senior Education Worker
Laura Trinder joined us in July 2023. Laura has a degree in Education from the University of East Anglia. Previously, she worked as an SEN Teaching Assistant at Lionwood Junior School and worked at Locksley Short Stay School in Norwich.
Lauren Jones
Senior Education Worker
Lauren Jones joined us in July 2024. Lauren has a degree in History from the University of Bristol and previously worked as a Teaching Assistant.
Leah Boyne
Senior Talent and Learning Manager
Leah Boyne joined us in January 2018. Leah has a degree in Politics from the University of Sheffield. She previously worked as an English Language Teacher in China, and was our Centre Leader at IntoUniversity Hammersmith.
