Asmaa Bashir
Education Worker
Asmaa Bashir joined us in August 2025. Asmaa has a degree in Neuroscience from King's College London. Previously, she was working as a SEN Teaching Assistant at a secondary school.

Batshala Rijal
Fundraising Officer
Batshala Rijal joined us in November 2024. Batshala has a Bachelor's degree in International Studies and Psychology from Hollins University, Virginia, and a Master's degree in International Development and Humanitarian Emergencies at the London School of Economics. She has previously completed internships in the NGO/INGO space in the US and Nepal.

Becca Harper
Senior Education Worker
Becca Harper joined us in July 2023. Becca studied Psychology and Sociology at the University of Glasgow and completed a Masters in Applied Forensic Psychology at Edinburgh Napier University. Becca previously worked as a Teaching Assistant.

Beccy Davies
Senior Finance Officer
Beccy Davies joined us in January 2023. Beccy has a degree in History and Politics from Queen Mary University. Before joining IntoUniversity, she worked in retail and as a carer.

Becky Kendall
Head of Operations (South of England and West Midlands)
Becky Kendall joined us as an Education Worker in January 2014 and was Centre Leader at IntoUniversity Hackney South.

Ben Ashton
Centre Leader (Designated Safeguarding Officer)
Ben Ashton joined us in February 2023. Ben studied Italian and Polish at the University of Oxford. Previously he taught Drama and English to children both in the UK and in Italy.

Ben Frankland
Education Worker
Ben Frankland joined us in September 2025. He has a BSc in Economics and Spanish from the University of Exeter. He has previously worked for Exeter City Community Trust as a Charity Development Assistant, the National Youth Agency as a Youth Consultant, and the University of Exeter Language Centre as a Resource Assistant.

Benjamin Waudby
Senior Education Worker
Benjamin Waudby joined us in January 2024. Benjamin has an undergraduate degree in Law and a masters in International Human Rights Law and Practice from the University of York. They previously worked as a Student Ambassador and Access and Outreach Graduate Coordinator at the University of York.

Benjamin Wright
Senior Education Worker
Benjamin Wright joined us in August 2023. Benjamin studied History and Politics at Northumbria University and has a PGCE in Primary Education from Bishop Grosseteste University. Previously, he was a Primary school class teacher for six years at Dogsthorpe Academy.

Ben Myers
Centre Leader (Designated Safeguarding Officer)
Ben Myers joined us in July 2022. Ben has a degree in Theology and Religion from the University of Durham, a MA in Transformational Leadership from Canterbury Christ Church University and a PGDE. Previously, he worked as a Maths teacher and has experience volunteering with refugee organisations.

Bessie Farr
Senior Education Worker
Bessie Farr joined us in July 2024. Bessie completed a degree in English and Music at the University of Southampton and a Masters in Migration and Diaspora Studies from SOAS. Previously, they volunteered as a Youth Service volunteer at the Baytree Centre.

Bethany Raine
Senior Education Worker
Bethany Raine joined us in July 2024. Bethany has a degree in Youth and Community Work from the University of Huddersfield and a JNC Youth Work Qualification. Previously, Bethany has worked as a Youth Worker at different charities.
