Bonnie Bain
Education Worker
Bonnie Bain joined us in January 2025. Bonnie has an MA in Social Anthropology from the University of Edinburgh. Bonnie was an English teacher at BSC Education and Simply English Edinburgh. She has also previously worked in retail and hospitality at a range of locations.

Caera Broad
Education Worker
Caera Broad joined us in July 2024. Caera has a degree in International Relations and Japanese at SOAS, University of London. Previously, she has been invovled in various youth work organisations in the UK and overseas, and they spent a year working as an English teacher in Thailand.

Calum Morley
Senior Education Worker
Calum Morley joined us in July 2023. Calum studied Philosophy at the University of Glasgow and previously volunteered as a mentor at IntoUniversity Govan.

Camilla Shearing
Senior Education Worker
Camilla Shearing joined us in August 2022. Camilla has a degree in Education Studies from Bishop Grosseteste University. Previously, she worked in Primary schools and in Customer Service roles.

Carla Clark
Project Worker
Carla Clark joined us in December 2024. Carla has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma in Biology, with minors in Chemistry and International Studies, and a Master's degree in Psychological Studies from University College London. She has previously worked for The Royals Park and as a secondary school teacher, holding leadership positions during this time.

Carla Hall
Education Worker
Carla Hall joined us in April 2024. Carla has a degree in Drama and English Literature from the University of Winchester and a Masters in Creative Writing from the University of Southampton. Before working for IntoUniversity, they developed writers for the not-for-profit ArtfulScribe. During this time, Carla also taught Creative Writing classes at MAST Mayflower Studios in Southampton.

Carmen Martinez
Centre Leader
Carmen Martinez joined us in January 2022. Carmen studied English Literature and Modern Languages (Spanish) at the University of Oxford. Previously Carmen worked as a Project Assistant with Lambeth Early Action Partnership and as both a Group Leader and a Mentor with Free to Be Kids.

Catherine Herbert
Programme Support Tutor
Catherine Herbert joined us in September 2022. Catherine has a degree in Fine Art from Cumbria Institute of the Arts, an MA in Art and Science at Central St Martins (UAL) and a PGCE in Post Compulsory Education. Previously, she taught Art and Design in Further Education for 13 years and also currently works as a community artist focusing on local environmental issues.

Ceri Holloway
Senior HR Administrator
Ceri Holloway joined us in October 2023. Ceri has an undergrad degree in English from the University of Oxford and MLitt in Postcolonial and World Literatures from the University of St Andrews. Previously, she worked with the Equality and Diversity team at St Andrews, and taught English in Malaysia.

Char Brockes
Personal Support Tutor
Char Brockes joined us in April 2025. Char studied Acting and Community Theatre at East 15 Acting School. She has worked across the arts industry since leaving drama school, including as a facilitator for young people, using drama and art to build confidence and self-expression. She also works as a drama teacher for early years.

Charis Harvey
Senior Education Worker
Charis Harvey joined us in July 2023. Charis studied Education Studies with Geography at Durham University and previously worked supporting young people with employment and work readiness skills.

Charlie Crozier
Education Worker
Charlie Crozier joined us in July 2024. Charlie has a degree and a Masters degree in English from the University of Leeds. Previously, Charlie worked as a Teaching Assistant in a Secondary school.
