Our people

Chloe Cheetham joins us in January 2025 as our Impact and Evaluation Manager at Head Office. Chloe has an undergraduate degree in English Literature from Liverpool John Moores University, a MA in Applied Linguistics and a PhD in Applied Sociocultural Linguistics both from from Goldsmiths, University of London and a PGCert from Middlesex University. Prior to joining IntoUniversity, Chloe has been working as a class teacher and research leader at a primary school.

Chloe Riggs joined us in July 2024. Chloe has an degree in History and a Masters degree in Crusader Studies from Royal Holloway University. Chloe also has a PhD from Nottingham Trent University. Previously, Chloe has worked as a Tutor for the Brilliant Club.

Christoph Henkel is Founding Partner of Canyon Equity LLC, a private equity firm specializing in hotel and resort development. His business experience includes general management positions at Interpublic Company, Nestle S.A and Henkel AG. He has been a non-executive director at Loctite Inc., Clorox Inc. and Henkel AG. As a board member he has served on HR, nomination and finance committees.

Clara Morel joined us in July 2024. Clara has a Bachelor's degree in Human, Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge and a Master's degree from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in Acting. She has experience as a teaching assistant and was a volunteer for Care4Calais.

Clare Richards was Chief Executive of IntoUniversity's sister charity, The ClementJames Centre, until 2023. Clare has been at the centre of developing our educational programme. Previously, Clare was a teacher.

Colleen Sheridan joined us in July 2024. Colleen has a degree in Costume and Theatre Design from Arts University Bournemouth. Previously, she spent six years as Safeguarding Advisor at The Princes Trust. Prior to this, Colleen worked in roles within the safeguarding team at The Scouts and the volunteering team at the Marine Society and Sea Cadets.

Conor Tallon joined us in October 2021. Conor has a background in Computer Science and Maths. Conor has had work experience at Credit Suisse and previously worked at Tesco.

Daisy-Mae Pearson joined us in August 2025. Daisy graduated from the University of York with a degree in Social and Political Sciences and is currently completing her Master's at the University of Leeds.

Dan Century is our Chief Financial Officer. Dan has worked at IntoUniversity for almost 10 years and oversees the sound financial management and strategy of the charity. Dan has a degree in Medieval and Modern History from the University of Birmingham. Before moving to IntoUniversity, he trained as a chartered accountant at the accountancy firm Mazars, and then after qualifying worked in the insurance industry.

Daniella Badoo joined us in July 2024. Daniella has a degree in Psychology from the University of Leicester, where she was a Student Ambassador working in higher education access. Daniella has also worked as an SEN Teaching Assistant.

Dan Russell joined us in July 2023. Dan studied German and Politics at the University of Edinburgh. Dan previously worked as a tutor and English teacher.

David Ellis joined us in August 2019. David has a degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford and previously worked as a English language teaching assistant in France.
