Ellie Gudgin
Senior Education Worker
Ellie Gudgin joined us in July 2024. Eleanor has a degree in English, a Masters degree in Contemporary Literature and Culture and a PhD from Loughborough University. Previously, Ellie has worked as an Academic Skills Mentor at Loughborough University.
Ellie Irish
Senior Education Worker
Ellie Irish joined IntoUniversity in January 2021. Ellie has a Politics, Philiosophy and Economics degree from the University of Manchester. Before graduating, Ellie volunteered at the Manchester Refugee Rights Collective, Debate Mate, and as a Peer Support Mentor for the University of Manchester.
Ellie Peart
Centre Leader (Designated Safeguarding Officer)
Ellie Peart joined us in August 2021. Ellie has a History degree from the University of Warwick. Previously, she was a Project Leader at ReachOutUK and Nursury Assistant at Bright Horizons UK Family Solutions.
Elly Rundle
Head of Operations (Impact and Strategy)
Elly Rundle is our Head of Operations (Impact and Strategy). She has a degree in Modern Languages: German and Italian from the University of Oxford and a Masters in German and Italian Literature. Elly was previously Team Leader at our Haringey centre.
Emily Magrath
Director of Programme Development and Impact
Emily Magrath joined us in January 2018. She previously worked as our Centre Leader in Bristol East, our Regional Operations Manager in the South West and the West Midlands, and the Head of Operations for the South of England and West Midlands. Emily completed her PhD at the University of Aberdeen.
Emily Posner
Senior Education Worker
Emily Posner joined us in January 2024. Emily has a degree in Psychology from Edge Hill University. Previously, they worked for Barnados and an education charity in Bosnia.
Emily Thompson
(On Maternity Leave) Education Worker
Emily Thompson joined us in May 2024. Emily has a degree in Criminology from the University of Hull. Previously she worked as a Hospitality Supervisor and volunteered in local Secondary schools.
Emma Bond
Project Worker
Emma Bond joined us in January 2023. Emma has a degree in Business Studies from the University of Central England. Previously, she worked as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant and a Learning Support Assistant at a local East Bristol School.
Emma Bornebroek
Lead Senior Education Worker
Emma Bornebroek joined us in August 2017. She has a degree in Natural Sciences from University of Cambridge and a Science Communications Masters from Imperial. She previously worked as a Lead Instructor for Mother Nature Science.
Emma Harrison (on sabbatical)
Senior Education Worker
Emma Harrison joined us in July 2023. Emma studied Sociology at the University of Manchester and previously volunteered at IntoUniversity Leeds South and completed a year at CityYear.
Emma Tilsley
Programme Support Tutor
Emma Tilsley joined us in September 2025. She studied Education Studies at the University of Warwick. She has previously worked as a qualified swimming teacher for six years, completed a placement with Carers Trust Heart of England supporting young carers in Coventry, and worked as a Student Inclusion Officer at the University of Warwick, where she carried out a university-wide research project and assessed the Reasonable Adjustment document for disabled students. More recently, she has been working as a carer in care homes supporting elderly residents with a variety of needs.
Evan Lewis
Education Worker
Evan Lewis joined us in August 2025. Evan studied Sports Science at Durham University. He previously worked at Bede Sixth Form College in Billingham as a Personal Progression Coordinator, Head of the Student Ambassadors Programme, and in Learning Support. Most recently, he was a Project Coordinator for the Schools Out Sports In holiday HAF programme.
