A partnership between the University of Hull, the University of York and IntoUniversity, the UK’s largest university-access charity, will be significantly growing the scope of its work in Yorkshire and the Humber, opening two new education centres in Grimsby and Bridlington.
Our model is based on creating permanent physical spaces in areas where our support can reach the highest number of young people in need. However, areas change. Andrew McWhirter, Assistant Head of Operations and Programme Delivery, explores the process of 're-feasibility', and how IntoUniversity uses this to ensure the ongoing effectiveness of each of our centres.

"When I was in school I had no understanding of university or Higher Education, it wasn’t something that was really talked about. If I had had someone to talk to me about it and make university seem like less of an alien topic I think it would have been really beneficial.”
